Located on Nuffield Street in Newmarket, Avokado has been gaining a reputation as the number one store for women with bigger boobs. Instead of just catering to older women, as most stores lingerie stores (like Bendon) have tended to, Avokado stocks young, funky, sexy and supportive lingerie for busty women. Regardless of whether you're a size 6FF or a size 20K, Avokado will have something for you. And, unlike other stores, Avokado only stocks products that both look and MAKE YOU FEEL FABULOUS. I now adore going lingerie shopping thanks to Avokado - their products make you feel like a supermodel, they're comfy and fun and vibrant - exactly what all 21 year olds want with their lingerie. Freya is my favourite brand that Avokado stock. They do super cute and sexy sets, and thanks to Freya I recently purchased the first bustier I've ever found that fit properly. Dusty pink with little black flowers and lace, it's incredibly pretty and the top along with matching bottoms only set me back $160 - not bad considering you'd pay at least that in most lingerie stores, and it wouldn't fit half as well. Tip: Avokado also stock swimwear, so finally you can look and feel great at the beach too without having to worry about falling out of those silly drawstring-type bikini tops. They stock a really good selection of Leg Avenue costumes here, which in my opinion are one of the best brands costume wise. They're quality made even though there's not a lot of fabric to them! There's also heaps and heaps of cute corsets and tutus so come in here for your next costume party and check this stuff out. I was last in here on a prop finding mission for my best friends hens party next weekend, and there's everything to satisfy the requirements of such a shindig. It wouldn't be everyone's cup of tea but I strongly dislike clutter so I find it to be strangely calming. The dressing rooms, on the other hand, are rather plush and very spacious. The sales assistants even offer you sparkling water when you try something on! Lonely are well know for their playsuits, cute dresses, loungewear and of course, lingerie, which now has a cult following. It's not cheap but which NZ designer is. And to be fair I still wear a dress I bought about 8 years ago. That's value for money I say!

Previously I used to find the clothing unfashionable: embellished with dinosaurs, cartoon characters, teddy bears or chipmunks on the front of many t-shirts or hoodies - however now things have changed for the better. Recently I purchased the aforementioned clothing without hesitation: stylish, muted coloured garments and extremely reasonably priced. They have regular sales, reduced clothing from $10 which is brilliant. The sales staff are fantastic, attentive, friendly without being pushy. I really enjoyed my shopping experience at 'Pumpkin Patch' and look forward to returning for more staple pieces soon. Also a NZ brand - just saying.

It's totally worth going in just to admire the exquisite work that goes into each corset, like I did, and for the odd feeling that you're in a time warp. Apparently, this is New Zealand's only specialty corset shop, and they sure sell some serious machines - some of the corsets have steel in them! Ouch. Good place to go if you want to make people wonder where you keep your internal organs.

Often the Oroton products are discounted by 50% which is amazing, considering it is such beautiful product and you can pick up a $600 bag for $300, a steal. There was one time they had an additional 20% off in store for the weekend and I got a $400 bag for $160. You will find the full Oroton range here, bags, accessories, lingerie, clothing, sunglasses, jewelry and belts and if you don't mind it being last season then this is the place to come. The Ralph Lauren ranges are for men, women and kids. They always have lots of shirts and polos but I find it really hard to get my size. You need to come in frequently as they are always getting in new stock then that way you have better odds of finding your size. It is like that with all outlet stores and for the discounts it is worth the frequent visits to check out the racks.

I love the fitting staff... So helpful and I have only ever had ladies with big boobs which is really important for me as there is zero understanding when a B cup is trying to choose a shape for my F to deaths. R&T is so affordable too it's great! Their online store is also excellent so once you know what styles you like and what size fits then just order it online if that's easier.
