I have to say what a horrible…read moreexperience I had today, I was purchasing some products and when I was paying for my items, the customer service I received was terrible. I was enquiring about a offer which was advertised in the store when the sales assistant (Karishma and Inah) began talking very rudely to my family. They began getting quite angry, refused to answer our questions and started shouting at us. They threatened us that they will call the security for no apparent reason as from our side we were talking calmly with proper manners. They also began telling us to get out of the store, I must say that with the kind of customer service provided I do not think I will return to the store. Your staff are not properly trained and have absolutely no respect for customers. As a sales assistant they should be able to answer their customers queries and fulfil their requests as that is what they are being paid to do. Sales assistants are representing your business and are required to provide customers with excellent service to ensure that customers return and so that these customers give good will to the business to their family and friends. I'm not that upset about the customer service I received in general however I am more upset of the fact that I received this service without any reason. The sales assistants at this store was very judgemental, rude and completely clueless. The sales assistant Karishma was especially rude as when I asked her for her name to make a complaint she then hid her name tag. I then asked the other sales assistant for her name she just ignored me and began to look up towards the ceiling. What did she find interesting up on the ceiling I still do not know. I actually thought that Strandbags was a well know store here in New Zealand but visiting their store now, the store is probably well known for its shitty customer service. I was here on holiday from Canada, good to see how New Zealand's stores and their people are.

Goldmark is one of the better jewellery stores in Manukau and despite being in extremely close…read moreproximity to Pandora, Michael Hill and Diamond Galleria in the mall, I'd say it still does pretty well. Goldmark has reasonable prices on their stock already,w but they have great deals every now and then which save you even more money- no complaints there! They do great pieces that you usually wouldn't find anywhere else at the same price. The Manukau store has great window displays and they usually have their best (and best-priced) stuff in there. I've found the staff here to be great, although I've been here during their busy periods and it can get a little packed, especially when a good deal is on! I absolutely love sterling silver, so I like having a look at their pendants and belcher bracelets. I've also found that they do some great jewellery for younger girls asell- still a reasonable price, around $30-$50 for a necklace or earrings, but a great gift idea if you're wanting something a little more sophisticated for a gift. Even their more expensive items are still quite a bargain, and while I'm not yet into spending a lump sum of money on one piece of jewellery, Goldmark is definitely a place I'd consider if I ever did want to buy one.

Attention Kmart shoppers bargains to be had ! This Kmart…read moreisn't the tidiest it's more leaning towards organised chaos . Areas are divided and there are some great household items ! This is a definite stop for a refresh in your flat or apartment . Parking here can be a bitch , but don't let that stop you . Grab a donut from the dunkin store next door and praise America for sugared bread , cheap on-trend knick knacks and Jesus .
