Our experience with Arbor was phenomenal. They were able to accommodate an aggressive timeline and…read morewere very transparent about everything. We purchased a 6' cedar privacy fence and included a survey with property pin markings. We worked closely with Daniel and Justin. They addressed any concerns in a timely manner and made reasonable recommendations for gate placement and fence clearance. It's also worth mentioning that all communication took place from out of state. Upon completion of the job, we were given pictures of the finished product and we couldn't be happier.

I originally thought S&W's quote for my backyard, 6' privacy fence was a little steep, but it…read moreturned out to be the least expensive quote I received. I also liked the person, Mike, who gave me the quote. He knew what he was talking about and was able to come up with a solution to a weird situation that my yard presented. When it came to installing the fence, I got the impression that my persistent checking in made the difference in getting the things moving. I would check in regularly. They make the week's schedule each Wednesday, I was told, so that seemed to be a good time to call and see how things are going. The installation went very well. The crew kept the yard clean and everything about the fence seems fine. Posts look straight, there is little clearance underneath, etc. Our puppy hasn't been able to get out. I'd use them again.

If you are considering hiring the Fencing Company of Omaha, DON'T! Here is our experience:…read more Black chain link fence paid in full $3,422.49 via PayPal on 05/19/2026 (sadly, we were enticed by the added discount for paying in full, which left us with no leverage when the job was completely unsatisfactory). Posts were set on 06/15/2026. Chain link installed 07/07/2026. No gates. Issues we have which we communicated to the owner and have been denied and/or ignored: MATERIALS: Posts used are scratched and damaged. They appear to be scrap metal. The chain link fabric consists of many misshapen or damaged diamonds. The hardware (nuts and bolts, etc.) are rusted after being placed just one month. The top of the tension bar is also rusted. INSTALLATION: Poor quality all around. The top rail pieces do not fit together properly. The corner top rail pieces do not align properly. The fence ties are placed inconsistently throughout and are not tied off properly; sticking out in various directions. Posts are not level. Posts are different heights. The chain link is set at different heights across the top rail. We were told by the owner, that "Quality is a matter of opinion." COMMUNICATION: Dealing with the lack of communication and response has been months of utter frustration. We still have a fence made with substandard material, rusting hardware and very unprofessional installation. We have requested multiple times the Fencing Company of Omaha remove the fence and refund our $3,422.49. BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU: Formal complaint filed 08/06/2026. Complaint closed with no resolution. LEGAL ACTION: Small claims suit filed in Douglas County District Court on 08/26/2026 against the Fencing Company of Omaha.

Today I got a new mailbox installed by Brandon, the owner of You Picket Fence Co. and it looks…read moreamazing! He said he is expanding his fence business to include building simple to complex mailboxes. My mailbox was on a wooden post that was failing and had been hit by a truck so the red flag didn't work anymore and the door to the mailbox was dented pretty bad. It was ugly. It was also leaning towards the street and I'm sure it would just fall over in the next high winds. My new mailbox was installed on a sturdy metal post and looks absolutely amazing! I'm going to buy some reflective numbers to put on there and it will be perfect. Highly recommend him! He was professional, courteous and prompt. I've included some before photos and the after photos.

I contracted with Nebraska Stain and Seal in May of this yr (2021). it took until the end of July…read morebefore they could get to my job. I had asked for my deck to be stained and I assumed it would be done professionally. The painters were crazy rude, did a terrible job and the owner wouldn't even come out when I asked him to look at the lack of quality workmanship. After they came out to do the "touch ups", I was promised they would be on site until I was happy, they were here and gone in 20 mins. This was their second attempt mind you, the painter was extremely rude to both me and my wife. He got on the phone with the owner and promptly left. My wife decided to call the owner and ask him to come out and just look at the job, he came out and told her his painter misled him as to the quality of the work and they would be back out asap to redo the job. After a few days they showed up for 30 minutes and left again. They left the plastic on the windows, they over sprayed my newly painted house and STILL missed several places the owner told them to paint. My wife sent pictures of the bad job that was done again ( third time) and we never heard of the company again. They are NOT worth your time to hire! stay AWAY from Nebraska Stain and Seal.
