I wanted corrugated. I tell them on the email, I don't want metal, I want corrugated. Next thing I know they say, it's done, come in. They charge me $30! It was always in the $20 range in the past. I tried to get an explanation, apology, or anything positive from the gal at the counter. She didn't quote me the $30 price online or I would have cancelled it and got it somewhere else. She made me pay that ridiculous price, saying I ordered "full color". I ordered black and white actually. She said, but I ordered white letters. How about telling me that information before the order? When I said she did not give me the price up front, she said "I did for the metal", to which I responded "I thought this would be cheaper" and she shot back "it is." UGH~! Thanks a lot, you lost a customer who came for years and used to recommend you.

This company was referred to Me by a individual I met in a shopping parking lot while admiring their Memory Window Sticker of their loved one in November of 2015. I have been a customer with Joel at CARSTICKER since 2015 and have placed three different orders in memory of my Dad a past race car driver after his passing on August 20, 2015, then my Mom when she passed on March 19, 2019. "Jacob is the owner" and is an expert with his design, creativity and will assist a customer in any way to create and make that special window sticker a memory of a loved one. It will also last for many years especially when it comes to weekly car washes as well! My first window sticker was in memory of my Dad, Skeeter Ross with checkered flags showing 1929-2015. My second window sticker one was in memory of my Mom, 1930-2019 on my new Ford SUV the left side of my back liftgate window with her race nickname, Buttons.
