He was very straightforward and helpful when gathering info for the policy; my husband ended up going with him too. The main reason I switched from my original carrier (of over 35 years) was lack of personal attention and the inability to speak with a human (easily)-they have all gone to the broker model. We still needed more information to get the quote finalized, and Noah came to our house on the following Monday. What a breath of fresh air. We were covered that day and we finalized all the paperwork in the next couple of days. It was so easy and stress-free that I can't believe I have stayed with my carrier for that long. There was a small issue with my billing and they called me to multiple times until we were able to get the issue resolved (I was grateful I didn't have to chase them down). I worked mostly with Ryan and Rebecca. They were super friendly and very thorough, when needed. I appreciated the fact they educated me when I didn't understand something. At the same time, they didn't overwhelm me with unnecessary information or say the same thing over and over again. The information was clear and concise. One of the best parts about this insurance group, it is locally owned by a great family! Always a good thing. Plus, you know the people you are speaking with in the office.
