She uses a walker and struggles with stepping from the incredibly broken up asphalt parking lot up onto sidewalk to get into the building. There is one handicap ramp with a very short approach if you are not parked in the one parking spot at the ramp it is too hard for her to walk through the parking lot with her walker. If we are scheduled for PT again I will probably look for a different location.

This is truly one of the nicest facilities I have ever been to. The staff are what make fyzical in Woodstock one of a kind. Everyone that you interact with from the moment you walk into the door is friendly, welcoming, and truly care about your health and wellbeing. I personally see Tori Russell for occupational therapy and I have to say, without her enthusiasm, expertise, and genuine care for her patients, my hand would not be where it is currently. I Work with Burt for physical therapy, and although a gators fan, is incredibly knowledgeable and has made a vast impact on my ankle. If you want to truly look forward to physical or occupational therapy, and I mean get EXCITED for it, then this is the only option for you. I urge you, check this place out!

I'm 67 years old and have had many doctors throughout my life, but Dr. Grimm is, by far, the shining star among them all. I had dealt with back problems for a very long time and always knew surgery might eventually be necessary. It was something I truly never wanted to do. But when the pain reached the point that I couldn't even sleep, I knew it was time. From the very first time I met Dr. Grimm, he was wonderful--kind, patient, caring, informative, and incredibly knowledgeable about exactly what was going on with me. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure I understood everything. On the day of my surgery, I was frightened. But when Dr. Grimm came in to see me beforehand, his calmness and confidence immediately put me at ease. I could tell he knew exactly what he was going to do, and that gave me such peace. When he came to see me in my hospital room the next day, I could tell he genuinely cared about how I was feeling. At my first postoperative appointment, that same caring attitude was still there. He wanted to make sure I was healing well and, most importantly, feeling better. Now, two weeks after surgery, I feel like a new person. The problem that had caused me so much pain has been fixed, and I honestly wish I had done it sooner. If I ever need anything done to my back or neck again, Dr. Grimm is the only doctor I would want taking care of me. Thank you, Dr. Grimm, for being the kind of doctor you are. I started seeing Jason because of a bone spur, just behind my achilleas tendon, I developed due to…read morerunning. It was very painful and at the time could not even run 100 meters without a high level of pain. I was told by an orthopedic surgeon to try every possible treatment before doing surgery because the involved detaching and reattaching the achilleas in order to grind the bone spur down. At my initial consultation with Jason, he explained to me a number of ways he could treat my ailment. He suggest to first start with deep tissue pressure, microcurrent treatment, and cold laser treatment of the area. After seeing Jason for a several weeks, I was able to run 2 miles pain free again. I could not be more grateful for Jason in giving back to me the ability to run. Jason and his staff are all very knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions. I highly recommend his clinic as I know you will be in good hands there.

I really…read moreloved my primary care physician, Dr. Jiwon Yoo, and had been with her for many years, which makes leaving particularly disappointing. Unfortunately, I can no longer depend on the practice when it comes to prescription refills and communication. My pharmacy contacted the physician's office on September 13 requesting a new refill for an important medication. On September 27, two weeks later, I went to the pharmacy expecting to pick it up and was told they still had not received a response from my PCP. I called the PCP's office on September 28 and later received a call from their answering service assuring me that it would be taken care of. By the evening of September 29, there was still no prescription, so I called again and left a message explaining that I had been out of medication for several days and that this was critical. I called yet again on the morning of October 1. I continued checking my pharmacy's app throughout this time. Still no prescription and no return call from the practice. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've experienced this problem. A few years ago, I actually had to abruptly stop an antidepressant because I couldn't get a prescription renewed. As I've gotten older, I rely more heavily on my medications and on being able to communicate with my healthcare provider. I don't expect perfection, and I understand that offices get busy. But going more than two weeks after a pharmacy's refill request, followed by repeated phone calls from the patient without resolution, is something I simply cannot risk. I didn't want to leave a physician I'd been happy with for years, but unreliable prescription refills and the lack of communication are a showstopper for me. I need a healthcare practice I can depend on.
