In the middle of my intake, I stopped the evaluation and left in tears because PT Paul was the most disrespectful and condescending healthcare professional I have ever met. I had taken PT in 2021 and my therapist then was amazing. She was very informative, concerned, and overall a welcoming therapist. I had to fill with Paul one morning because she was not available. After that visit I never went back. I felt violated as a patient. I just took what she taught me, and finished at home. Fast forward to 2025 when I walked in and saw he was my therapist, I cringed a little, but I decided to give it a second try, because I do believe people can change. I was SO WRONG. Never felt so belittled in my life. He was rude, demeaning, and made inappropriate derogatory comments. If you have therapy scheduled with Paul, especially, if you are a woman of color, PLEASE PLEASE see someone else, or go to another location.

They treat worker compensation injuries, sport or athletic issues, or post rehab due to surgery. The facility is clean, waiting room has privacy and comfortable chairs. The staff are well trained and all licensed. The parking lot gets full but you will find parking near the back or closer to the grocery store. I highly recommend these practitioners to treat your ailments, if in the ATL area.

I was referred by my doctors office. The first appointment was arranged through my doctors office…read moreand I was given a prescription of twice a week physical therapy for my knee leg. I do not have insurance so I was a self-pay client. The first visit was OK I met with I guess was a physical therapist she never introduced herself she never told me who or what she was who told me That I need it physical therapy three times a week when I informed her what my doctor had prescribed for me at first they couldn't find a prescription then they couldn't find the referral. After that was sorted out I had my first session which went OK. The next session I attended was other chaos. I arrived there was no therapist there to help me so I don't know who these other people that they have I'm not sure if they are therapist or not I was given to one child to do a series of exercises after I got done for the exercises this person was gone I got assigned another therapist who came and asked me what's going on with you today as if you know me he did not know me I have never seen this man before in my life he gave me a series of exercises and walked away then he came back and assigned someone else to me and I finished with that person for the rest of the day even though when I told her I was in severe pain she says that's the way it supposed to be I had a feeling that she was not a real physical therapist, But she was pleasant enough. The following day that I had an appointment was the Wednesday before Christmas I had a cold I called in indicating that I had a cold I would not be coming to my appointment at that point someone by the name of Heather told me I need to make another appointment for this week Christmas week and I had a cold on Wednesday I just had to hang up from her when I came in today today is Tuesday excuse me today's Wednesday I came in for my session they verified my future appointments and I informed the lady at check-in that I would no longer be returning that this was not a good fit for me I was question as to why I reiterate it this was not a good fit for me. She advised me to speak to my therapist and gave me the name Of my therapist that day. My appointment was at 11 o'clock I sat and waited until 1125 and was told by some young man to come with him still no name, he had me doing a Siri's of exercises and which I was able to complete yeah I look around and he's nowhere in sight I finally see him and he's assisting someone else . That was it for me

First visit worked with 2 therapists and 2 assistants. They were all very careful and worked gradually towards strengthening the area injured. The second therapist was not that way at all. They are super adorable and good too so I highly recommend this practice.

Friday would be my third visit to this location on Lee rd. in Lithia Springs and while I was…read morepleased already from my first visit, this day would blow me away. A workplace injury to my rotator cuff is what brought me here and 3 days a week are required. According to when I started that means I had to come on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Driving there Friday, I felt pretty fried. There was stiffness and pain from working to strengthen this area that I had been going out of my way to not use for fear of making bad matters worse. I didn't think I would be able to do anything that day at physical therapy, as I slowly got out of my car and drug myself inside. Explaining the place where I was physically to the new face that greeted me when I walked in and introduced himself soon after, things quickly got underway. What followed was the best thing I have felt in forever, it seems. My arm felt amazing almost like I could have drifted off to sleep if I wasn't moving. By the end of my session I was literally amazed. I felt like I was leaving a massage parlor instead of physical therapy. He got really it. He understood where I was and met me there, he still worked to strengthen the muscle all while somehow soothing me in the process. I floated out to my car in utter amazement. I believe his name was Jamal, I will update this if I am remembering that incorrectly. Honestly, they all are so kind and sure of themselves and their ability to get the job done. From the beautiful young lady at the front desk to all the encouraging professionals that I have met thus far. I appreciate you all. It is not easy seeing yourself less than what you were once capable of and so I commend you all for making this journey so much easier, one step at a time.
