I was driving daily for mouth and urine swabs or procedures. They kept telling me the test results from them were not accurate after finally demanding to see test they had turned in I was prescribed hydrocodone when in actuality I was prescribed oxycodone so the test were correct by then they had cut me from 120 oxycodone a month I had taken for years to literally 1 a day I was reduced to tears when I confronted them the PA had an immediate attitude change said well we are referring you to our dr who takes our leftovers, I have every text and phone call recorded I will be filing a formal complaint w the medical board. They started asking me what I wanted to do on my subsequent visits (I'm not a chiropractor. I don't know what I want/need to have done), would defer to me about things (did we do this to you last time? Do you remember how long you did X? Ummm...did you not write it down?) Maybe this place is best for injuries? I like going for general wellness because I play aggressive sports and am usually out of wack and have joint/muscle pain, but nothing serious. I've called the office over 10 times in the month that I was there. And not one returned call. But receptionist assure me AUDRI had gotten each message. MRI was done but never went over. Never met Dr. Puppala. Didn't talk to anyone about my problem. But was given appointments for TFESI what is that 2 one week apart. And as I scheduled for both they change the location after I had made arrangements for ride all 4 times.Just for them to cancel. But what really is something once again I failed another test.NO WAY. If they aren't contaminating the specimen there they are being contaminated at the lab. But I do know I don't abuse drugs never have never will. I take all my medicines the way they were prescribe. But from the beginning they tried pushing that SPINAL CORD STIMULATOR telling me the injection wouldn't do me any good mind you they schedule them. Then Ms. Audra tells me the doctor said will no longer write anymore pain meds if I don't do it. I've had 3 failed back surgeries. 12 surgeries on my body in all. Top it off I was given a referral the first visit to see a shrink. I found this out as I was checking out. She didn't mention it. Again she and since I never met the doctor. I ask and received a copy of my MRI. And notice that the contrast that they need to see in depth said the uneventful administration of intravenous contrast. WHAT? No one mention it and since it's the doctor job to go over imaging he never did. Never saw him. Never heard of such in all tests, MRIs, CTScans, Ultra sounds, Xrays and Blood work and believe me I've had plenty. Every doctor as always gone over every test but this one. And they make sure they give you weakest form of meds so you are in pain. Not everyone out here is abusing drugs or addicts. And I understand the Opiod epidemic. I know too many that has lost their lives. But I also know for myself after going through this for over 18yrs and have done and follow everything my doctors had advised. And as I read over my MRI and looking up the medical words I don't understand my back is in bad shape. I have everything that cries out pain. So he knows I not making up the pain I'm in And he also the meds that he prescribe went from a 8mg for 30 days to 4 then 2. To him I'm a dollar sign. And that Stimulater cost as much as one of my fusions. I don't want another cut on my body. Don't want anything implanted in my body that sends electric shock to my brain. And the cost that's another thing. BIG BUCKS. for doctors. I can't afford. And he don't have to write another pain script. He is right and I'll never go back again. I only came here because my rheumatologist, told me that I would have to go to pain management, in…read moreorder to get my pain med I had been on, in Alabama which is all in my medical records. I've never been to pain management as my primary care doctors knew me, my conditions, and managed my pain. I guess they felt confident in their abilities unlike Webb. I searched for a pain doc and decided on this place due to all of the good reviews and because he's black. It's no secret that 6F doctors treat black patients differently than they do 6F patients and I felt Dr.Webb would be more kind and compassionate regarding my pain as a young black female with many health conditions. WRONG! The appointments with Webb were always rushed, he never did a physical exam on me, never ordered any x-rays or mri's (I thought odd since there is a radiology facility down the street), bloodwork, didn't document my right arm pain, never diagnosed me, and overall he didn't seem interested or engaged with me much. Just stared at his computer talking to his nurse. My first appointment was a consult that consisted of nothing really but him telling me he was going to call in some expensive cream from Louisiana and I had to go to physical therapy. I have joint pain from the Wegener's, acute pancreatitis, sciatica, and back pain. I let him know my history, the med I was on, what I cannot take which is NSAIDS including Tylenol as it has caused pancreatitis in me. He said he wanted my records before prescribing anything but he said he would prescribe me Percocet (he claimed to not and not the med I was on. He said he doesn't prescribe oxycodone which is a lie as he told me he does. I personally faxed him over past medical records including pharm records to show I took the med and how often I got it filled, my rheumy faxed him over office notes as he requested, and even called him and left him his personal cell number if he wanted to talk to him. My rheumy called me that night and let me know he called Webb etc. Webb and his 6F nurse claimed to not know anything about that. They faxed his office again. My previous pain med was oxycodone immediate release 15mg AS NEEDED for pain and I did not take it all the time. I explained this to Dr.Webb, in detail, and how I was prescribed that last summer when I was hospitalized with pancreatitis and the hospitalist told me to not take Tylenol. Dr.Webb ignored it. He first prescribed Norco (later he said he didn't remember saying Percocet and it seems like he has memory issues) a med that has Tylenol in it. I wasn't going to take it and still haven't though I did have it filled because I felt I was stuck with this doctor. I also have a weakness of giving people chances so I thought at the 3rd visit I would attempt to explain yet again. I spoke with the pharmacist after he filled it and I let him know all of this and how I spoke with Webb about this. The pharmacist could see my profile and saw the last pain med I was on. He told me pure oxy doesn't have Tylenol but Norco does. I attempted to talk to Dr.Webb again on the phone and I have the conversation recorded. Georgia like Alabama is a one party consent state so I don't need anyone's permission to tell them I am recording them or get their permission. I have an app installed on my phone because I had some dealings with an ex employer that lied on me and I had to sue them. I won't go into the full call but it was basically Webb playing semantics, wasting my time and telling me I would have to have kidney failure or be on my death bed before he'd continue my med I was on that worked for me, etc etc. He also said "I have to protect my business". Red flag right there it was never about patient care but about business. I also let him know the first med he prescribed me was something I hadn't taken since the beginning of 2020 and that dosage wasn't even something I had been on. Again he played semantics and said I had taken it and again I had to explain the last time I took it and why I couldn't. It was clear he did not bother to read all of the records he claimed he wanted. in fact he told me at the last visit "I don't go by what other doctors say". Lol so then why the heck would you want my records including imaging if you don't go by what other doctors say? At the last visit he prescribed me oxycodone with Tylenol again something I told him I couldn't take. Only this time I went ahead and filled it and took one pill. I ended up having a reaction to it (neck swelled, throat closed, and hurt, hurts to talk, gastro issues flared, etc). On Jan.28 I called Webb to let him know and speak with him but his secretary said "he doesn't call people back" and of course he never called me back. I have filed a complaint with the medical board and will seek legal action. Instead of wasting people's time Webb should review records FIRST before taking on patients he's scared to treat or not be a pain doctor. That little $35 copay they contacted me about I will not pay
