Ruth was our nurse and I have to say that she helped my daughter so much. She quickly evaluated her pain and discomfort. Gave us practical advice, held her hand and gave her cool washcloths to make her more comfortable. Her bedside manner was stellar. Even though we had a difficult situation, Ruth was able to make it so much better. Our care provider was also very knowledgeable and kind and we feel confidant in her recommendations. Once I was there, the "main lady" was there with the same attitude. I assume she's the office manager as she seems to be over It's truly bad representation for Dr. Golusinski. She needs training how to treat people in general much less those coming for medical attention. Having an acute tear of the rotator cuff at 61 sounded like a death sentence seeing as I do a lot of work with my hands and arms, but only seven weeks in and I can't believe the progress we have made. I say "we" because this is not an isolated process and my therapist, Peyton Ciesco, has been amazing. Peyton is skilled at knowing just where I am in my recovery process and tailors each session to that level of therapy. She is friendly, yet also firm in challenging me to use the proper techniques, which I know will lead me to a successful recovery in the long run. It also should be noted that Peyton listens to my questions regarding my injury as well as my ability to only complete the movements to a certain degree. Having someone who puts the patient's recovery as a priority has made me realize just how valuable having a therapist who is well educated in the field is to each and every injury she helps patients recover from. Aetna says they are no longer contracted as of July 1, 2026. I was not notified of this contract cancellation by the provider or the health plan. I will be following up and filing a claim with the Department of insurance and appealing with my health plan.
