Ruth was our nurse and I have to say that she helped my daughter so much. She quickly evaluated her pain and discomfort. Gave us practical advice, held her hand and gave her cool washcloths to make her more comfortable. Her bedside manner was stellar. Even though we had a difficult situation, Ruth was able to make it so much better. Our care provider was also very knowledgeable and kind and we feel confidant in her recommendations. Once I was there, the "main lady" was there with the same attitude. I assume she's the office manager as she seems to be over It's truly bad representation for Dr. Golusinski. She needs training how to treat people in general much less those coming for medical attention. I arrived last week, with RX and crappy Humana Bronze level insurance, to find out at check in that my portion of the payment was going to be upwards of $80 per session. I had 12 sessions prescribed, so I was not able to afford such, as it was either groceries and gas, or get therapy! I thanked them and started to leave but Michael, the therapist, offered to do an assessment to give me some tips on what I could do at home to help my physical pains. I was very pleased that they took the time and were so kind. The following morning I received a call that they have done a lil digging! They were able to get my visits at a lower cost and I was able to get closer to a budget, and with help from my family, I am now attending the required visits. My first visit Friday changed my entire aching left side into a functional left side. I was able to enjoy the weekend, and did not need any pain killers nor took the muscle relaxers on Sunday night! I am super happy with the 1st results, and definitively happy to continue with my next sessions. I already had another one today and feel a lot of relief, especially my shoulder that was keeping me from working the required hours I need to get $$ at work!
