However, the office team and whomever that responds to emails had no idea about customer service! Paid almost $1200 for an inspection and they refused send a hard copy inspection report to one of the Trustees had no access to email or the ability to pull down a PDF copy. We asked very nicely if they could mail a copy and they refused to do so! Finally, they said "go get it from your real estate agent" What a shame! All marketing and saying the right things but that one extra step for the customer nonexistent. NOT GOOD!

Dealing with terrible slumlords (and a business that rhymes with 'Smamerican Smanagement') was pretty much a part-time job for me for years. Not so with Thornhill. The maintenance man/super Steve is a real gem, ALWAYS going above and beyond to make the building clean and running smoothly. He is also friendly and funny to talk with but doesn't invade your space and is very respectful. Louis, who I signed my lease with, is easily reached and receptive. He actually does the things he says he'll do? Unheard of, honestly. It blows me away. So great. It's not even like I have to even get ahold of these guys very often, because unlike everywhere else I've lived, it's actually a building that's maintained! What has especially impressed me is this is the first place I've lived in Baltimore without a single roach, mouse, or house centipede. Seriously. In such an old rowhouse, too.
