However, the office team and whomever that responds to emails had no idea about customer service! Paid almost $1200 for an inspection and they refused send a hard copy inspection report to one of the Trustees had no access to email or the ability to pull down a PDF copy. We asked very nicely if they could mail a copy and they refused to do so! Finally, they said "go get it from your real estate agent" What a shame! All marketing and saying the right things but that one extra step for the customer nonexistent. NOT GOOD!

We started our process on Feb 15 really more by chance than anything. On Feb 16 we ventured into an Open House -- not really serious yet.
