They have recently taken on the ear, nose and throat services from a local hospital and that has caused them to expand and add staff. Easy parking and easy to get into. Modern office and easy to find your way around. I feel the NP I work with cares about me personally and not just as a customer or account. She takes the time to see how I'm doing and engage on a personal level. At one point when I raised an issue that was not here area of expertise she did't just blow me off, she went and found another doctor and saw things through to ensure I was getting the support I needed.

Today when the payment was made, suddenly the temporary ones aren't available. When questioned, he acknowledged he promised this BUT, we must have misunderstood. So when we went to cancel the entire transaction, he suddenly could provide temporary ones. When he realized we were canceling the entire order, now he has the exact ones I need in back today...no need to order! How convenient. He even followed us out into the parking lot as we were in our car leaving the parking lot and still tried to get us to come back. I called another store, in a town 100 miles away to get the corporate number. This store said they had heard "bad things happening at that Joplin store"... Buyer beware.

I mentioned that the cusps on my molars are sharp and pointed and are cutting my tongue. She told me insurance won't cover it and just blew it off. I tried to discuss crowns and then to move onto cleaning my teeth. But she refused to work on me at all and would not do the cleaning. I discussed this with the front desk who told me she doesn't believe me and she asked me to leave. I have never been asked to leave a business before. I'm well insured and I can get care elsewhere. It's a shame because I liked the dentist.

They still get food there where they are broke and can get food under them and told me that was it.
