I have a hearing service dog and they who are supposedly in the hearing aid industry, said that I couldn't bring my dog in there! Supposedly somebody was allergic. This is against the ADA laws. They sold me hearing aids that were wrong for me because they didn't have anything to suit my needs. I didn't know that at the time. They were paid for partly by my insurance and mostly by me. They even wanted to charge $10.00 for each little plastic tube. When I told my current audiologist that, he couldn't believe it! They don't charge for tubes anywhere else. I've been wearing hearing aids from more than 35 years. The care quality of this place is zero. I meant to write a review along time ago but "Terry" said that she was retiring when I last saw her.

They also do ear cleanings as well but doesn't charge the insurance for it, Wish they did charge the insurance though, would be easier to just get things done here. Paperwork is also prefilled out online, and one can choose the doctor to go to. Anyways, this office is located in a building with a bunch of other offices, but was easy to find directions and how to get there. Once arrived at the office, receptionist was friendly, and checked us in. Didn't wait that long until the doctor called us in. We went to Victoria Price. Victoria was very pleasant and friendly, and also helped explain things, such as the results of the hearing test. This hearing test was more of what I was used to, which is a bone conductor and two thin tubes in the inner ear. This word recognition test I did a lot better on, and it is a recorded voice. Thank goodness for second opinions. Victoria was also respectful regarding my wishes. Overall everyone was friendly, and made an appointment in September for my next hearing aid cleaning. Highly recommend this office!

Numbed it and I didn't feel a thing. He didn't rush me like so many other Drs do. Answering all my questions and concerns. During the exam he also found a small growth on or close to my thyroid. Now mind you I had just had my yearly physical with my primary Dr. and he didn't notice it. Sent me right away for a cat scan and will keep an eye on it and recheck in 6 months.I was very satisfied with him and my visit.

I fell and smashed my nose. No ent saw me in the emergency room, but I got an appointment 3 days…read morelater. Surgery was done and 2 days later i was asked how satisfied I was. It was still very swoklen, but i replied "it was better". I called a week later to say there was a hole in my skin with white stuff. The nurse insisted she knew it was a stitch. I called again there were 2 holes. I had to fight to get an appointment 2 weeks later, they would fit me in. Nurse told me to take the bandaid off my nose. I told her there was no bandaid. Thats my nose! Doctor assured me it was "tissue". He kept saying "I fixed the bones." I went to charleston. They operated on the bridge of my nose and found bone fragments and a staph infection. Sutton is a terrible doctor and his nurse thinks she's an expert on everything. I could have died from a staph infection so close to my brain. Terrible customer service too.
