My husband has been a Beltone customer for many years in CT. We always received good capable service. We were concerned when we moved to Conway about finding comparable service and hearing care. We were so very grateful to meet Beth and Andrea. Their care and concern were so appreciated when my husband recently lost one hearing aide and then two weeks later, both when he was involved with a traumatic crash. While he was in ICU, the replacement aides were ordered, and I was promptly notified when I could pick them up. I knew he'd want to hear what his physicians were saying. When we were discharged a month later, I was able to get a quick appointment to get them updated and adjusted. I had so much on my plate, and these two lovely people went over and above to make that part of our lives easier. I highly recommend them for their service, response, concern and care.
