First, they said the business manager quit without notice and was scrambling to find a replacement. Then they said it should be a few weeks because they needed to make sure there was no other activity on the account. Now, almost three months later, we are still waiting. Coincidentally, my mother was known for her love of jewelry, but when we received her effects, there was only an empty jewelry case, not even her wedding ring. Something at this facility is not right, and I would be very cautious about placing my loved ones here. Learn from our mistakes.

She has not been out of the bed longer than 2 hours in 4 days. The patients have to use diapers and are not allowed to use a regular bathroom and lay for hours in their own feces and urine because the staff always says they are too busy to take care of it. The food is not aligned to the type that is required and they do not provide any type of a walker or wheelchair. When the call button is pressed you are lucky if they respond within an hour. How they are allowed to be in service is a mystery. Do your loved one a huge favor and stay away from this facility. Follow up to review, after speaking with the director and staff they making appropriate efforts to provide better care and services. They are very friendly and attentive.

They gave suggestions and were willing to hear my friend out while discussing his medical history and what has helped in the past. The doctors name is Wendy Powell. She was also very attentive, helpful, and great with giving recommendations while assessing anything that needed urgent attention in case she needed to make any calls for him.

And they informed me that because BCBS was hard to get along with I would have to pay for them up front and be reimbursed by BCBS. I asked , did you get your money for my last set and was told yes. I then said that you(Shea hearing center) just lost me and 7000$ just walked out of your practice. Why? Because there is no way I can pay for them up front. I drive 2 hours just to see these guys while their are people here I could see. Why? Because for the most part I liked them. I've now made an appointment at ENT in Tupelo next month and they DO FILE my BCBS insurance and they WILL PUT 7000$ into their account and I won't have to drive to Memphis anymore.
