The out of pocket cost was reasonable and I expect my ear monitors will be completed soon. The molds were mailed to another company that specializes in stage monitors for musicians. Take note the office closes during lunch and the door is locked. I would highly recommend this audiologists for ear molds.

I have asthma and allergies and was having more nasal congestion than usual and didn't want it to get really bad. Dr Queen has been my ENT for over 10 years and is just amazing. I called the office and staff worked me in to get an appointment that afternoon. I registered at home before my appt so I didn't have to do anything but see the doctor. It was a sinus infection and I needed antibiotics. I am so thankful to doctor Queen and his staff for getting me in so quickly to treat this before it got much worse. Everyone in this office is just amazing and I tell all of my friends and family they should definitely see Dr. Queen.

I wish the doctors paid more attention to management. They only hire family and friends and work from home with no experience. Sharon, who is the manager, is not the best of them all. Most recently I have been seeing Dr. Palacios Kibler and she is one of the most fantastic providers I have ever had, but I have also had wonderful experiences with the NP (especially NP Kistner) and Dr Lindsay, who did my tonsillectomy. What a fantastic practice. They are not only knowledgeable and helpful, but if something isn't working, they do everything they can to figure out something that does. I this weird immune thing called MCAS that causes allergic like reactions that sometimes don't have much rhyme or reason, but I have never been made to feel like a nuisance by anyone when I've had to reach out during flare ups (which I greatly appreciate:) Glad to have great care here and I will always recommend it to anyone with allergy issues, fortunate to have them in this area.

Turns out, I had conductive loss, which was due to excessive wax buildup. It is easily treated and they referred me to my doctor who was able to remove some of it, then prescribed some drops which knocked out my problem in a week. I write this review for Beltone-Ledford because I thought they would try and push me into a hearing aid, since that is their thing. Instead, I was given a professional exam, proper advice, and treated like I was special. It is a sign of a good business when they make a habit of doing what is right for clients and patients versus looking to make a buck. I would send anyone there, as the guy (Eddie I think) was super cool.
