UPDATED: Office experience is horrible the lady always seems…read moredistracted easily. Care quality slacking Dr. Hopper never had a cause or reason why that my hearing aids receivers kept needing replacing. Each time I would be without any hearing aids during the replacements were completed. Then when returned my personal settings were erased and I had to re-do them. Last experience with my hearing aids being repaired I was not informed that the warranty had expired and Dr. Hopper made the repairs without myself authorization. I was told I had to pay $89 before I could pickup my hearing aid. I paid due to the right hearing aid controls the left which I had. Now two months later I received a bill from them for the $89 I already paid. Phone call to them Monday 12/2025
