Classy kids overcharged me one week tuition($309.50) for the first time because they forgot my kids only stayed 3 weeks for the last month before they went to public school. I asked for refund when the director asked for $200 registration fee even for one day drop in. then she waived the registration but still overcharged my credit card after several drop in. I am so glad that I always kept the email records so she had to admit that $200 registration fee was waived and then she added two more extra days..... What a mess! It took me 30+ emails to explain what is wrong and finally I got $239.50 credit. I did not spend this credit because of Covid-19 and my family need to relocate to another state so I ask for refund recently. NO! NO REFUND! "No Credit will be refund, that's the policy!" Come on, I have this credit because of classy kids' overcharge and now they refuse to refund. Hope OVERCHARGE is not one of Classy kids' policies! BTW, pay attention to the staff when you drop in. I always saw staffs/teachers eating their breakfast in the morning and play phones in the afternoon. No wonder some kids got bites/scratches as other reviewers said. Good luck!

A genuinely helpful tutoring program, one that my student used and was super helpful to me at home, was cut with little explanation and zero transparency. This wasn't some underused resource, it was a lifeline for students who needed extra support. Instead of investing in education and people, the school chose to save money and move on. What's most frustrating is how dismissive the administration has been about it. No acknowledgment of the impact, no effort to replace it with something comparable, just silence. My child is so confused where Miss Donna went and I don't have an answer. I'm really disappointed.

The tour was very informative and we were taken through dorms and multiple buildings. Their student center is great and I personally was sold on the school after seeing the dining hall (so awesome). The tour guides and admission staff did a fantastic job answering our questions and explaining basic information. I was impressed with whole well the campus grounds were maintained and appreciated that we didn't have to pay for parking to tour the school. Additionally, it was a nice touch having all the students names in a welcome board with individual name tags- and my boys especially loved the shirt they received at the end! Additionally, let's talk athletics! This d2 school is incredibly competitive and boasts a beautiful new track and almost completed state of the art football facility with over 1/2 million dollar in new equipment! The coaches for the two sports my boys are interested in took the time to sit with us and answer all of our questions once the tour was complete. It was a relaxed and obvious the coaches build close relationships to mentor and guide the athletes on this journey!
