Now that that is out of the way, let's move on. Here's the bottom line of my review up front: she helped make my mother's funeral beyond beautiful. I will FOREVER be grateful to Jodi and the whole Broadway Floral team for what they did for my mom and my family. Here's the background and details behind my experience: my wife and I visited her amazing shop in person. Jodi was extremely warm and personable and sat down to help us figure out what we wanted. From the moment we met her, we knew we were in good hands. Then, she proceeded to exceed our hopes and expectations with some amazing arrangements, as well as rustic boxes for the flowers that matched the tone of our event. When we needed a low-key container for mom's ashes and we wanted to use a square flower box... SHE MADE A LID FOR IT! There were many other above-and-beyond personal touches Jodi provided to help make the memorial a success. That's just the kind of person she is: a great businesswoman, a great florist with great aesthetic sense, and an even better, super-warm person with a huuuuge heart.

I let the company bring it out when it works for them, same with pick. As long as I have it between a certain date range. It's always been then on time! Early this year. But when I request one, it's a busy time of year. This way, they can take care of larger accounts that have a tighter time frame and possibly save on truck fuel.
