I ordered the Shepherd's Pie, and it was incredible. Instead of the traditional version made with ground meat, it was packed with tender chunks of steak that took the dish to another level. It was easily one of the best Shepherd's Pies I've ever had. The wings were cooked perfectly, and the fish was just as impressive. Every dish we tried was excellent. Hands down the best food ever and best restaurant we have visited in GA (my friends live here in GA and I'm from CA and a huge foodie). The staff were amazing and very well knowledgeable on the food and took the time to find all the answers to our questions. We had the charcuterie, caesar salad, beet salad, short ribs, octopus and halibut along with all three offered desserts. The mixed drinks (lemon drop and crystal nigroni (sp?)) were exceptional and the wine suggestion was spot on. The only issue we had was learning that the locals in Serenbe did not frequent Austin's as much as they should. If I lived in Serenbe, I would be a regular to this amazing restaurant. My friends are looking at adding it to their weekly night out (they live 30-40 minutes from Serenbe). Thank you for exceptional food and service - we will be back and recommend to friends.
