If anyone feels a bit claustrophobic, beware, as the times in those small, closed off rooms can about send one in orbit. Oh, and make sure that you specifically ask about any booked appointment. In the end my previous set was not salvageable and had to be removed (too much glue etc). Heidi was so fun to chat with which made the time fly by, but she's also a total pro who has skills! She took her time and gave me a gorgeous volume set that I love. They are absolutely perfect. Other notes- after getting the full set Gaze gives you an adorable tote with lash cleanser and a brush- very nice touch. Heidi also gave me a blanket to keep me toasty- I really should have fallen asleep but ended up yakking away the whole time ‍ next time I vow to make her job easier by keeping my face still.
