They were incredibly friendly and more than willing to address all of my numerous inquiries. When we arrived to collect the boat, we were welcomed by very friendly staff. The walkthrough was quick yet informative. We faced no problems getting the boat onto the lake, had a smooth experience while on the water, and encountered no issues when taking the boat off the lake. The return process was effortless, and once again, we were met by exceptionally kind employees. We had the BEST time enjoying our rental on the water. It truly was the highlight of our trip. These guys were amazing and were very patient with us. The afternoon rainstorm came in early on a day when we had a boat rental until 5:00 and we had to return the boat by about 12:45 pm and they were kind and gave us a deal so we could rent jetskiis the next day for a big discount! These guys are great crew and very responsive. At the dock when it was raining, one of the staff members let us sit in his truck while we were waiting for our ride and it was very appreciated. Best experience in Glendo! We rented paddle boards for the day and had a good time :) they were easy to inflate and came with pumps and an oar. The woman at the front desk was extremely friendly and sweet, she even gave one of us in our group a free hat when we asked how much they were!! This guy Paul rents a boat that is in terrible condition for $450! You could buy that piece of junk for $800. His anchor is completely insufficient and we almost capsized many times in a storm because of it. He gave little instruction on the boat and when I approached him about a partial refund, he made up some broken part which he never pointed out when we returned the boat and refused to refund my credit card. I would never rent from this guy. He is way over priced and has no interest in providing a good experience. RENTER BEWARE! read more

Terrible service. I'm three weeks past when my boat was supposed to be fixed and they haven't touched it. They rarely answer their phone or return messages because they're "too busy", but if you go in, they have employees sitting around not doing anything. read more

I live in Cheyenne and have stored my boat with Bellwood boats going on 3 years now. There maintenance takes care of my winterizing at the end of the season and they prepare it for summer use in the spring. They have treated me fairly and I feel they are knowledgeable and reasonably priced. read more

You would think after paying a boat "mechanic" over $2000 and waiting over a year to have him "fix" our boat that it should run, right? Wrong! Our boat now only goes in reverse! Way to go Bellwood Boats, should have listened to everyone and took it somewhere else. We have already had to work on it 3 times since getting it back in June (they've had it since April of 2010) and the first thing we had to do to it was put a new engine in it because Bellwood Boats didn't winterize it or even put the cover back on it, (my husband had to drive down there in Oct and cover it himself) and the block on the old engine froze and cracked. We have turned Bellwood Boats into the BBB. I have not talked to anyone that has been happy with Paul at Bellwood Boats, and I know of more than 5 people here that have had the same problem with Bellwood Boats having their boats for over a year and then getting them back and their boats don't run. Everyone that has had problems turn this company into the BBB! read more
