If you like good cider, this should definitely be on your list, as their cider is quality. $5 to try 5, but extra points cause they had 7 ciders open when we visited, and they let us try all of them. They have a good range of types of ciders, so you'll likely find at least one you love. I found two, very different: on the dry side, the "legacy" was bursting with flavors - my favorite of their dry ciders, though they were all pretty good - and on the sweeter side, they had a *really* delicious apple and cherry blend. Also, when I said we were wine tasting all day and were mainly here for the cider, and didn't really want to try 5 wines, but was sad I couldn't just try the riesling, we got to try the riesling, too. (That said, their riesling was just good. It was good, but now I'm spoiled for really exceptional riesling, which it wasn't. Ciders were, though.)

An absolute highlight of my trip to the Fingerlakes!…read more We were a large bachelorette party looking for an afternoon at a winery. This place was chosen for both the proximity to our Air BnB and also because it was more affordable then some of the other vineyards in the area. I will say with certainty that this place was the best part of our trip! The vineyard has a small but suitable selection of wines to taste - you can see my photo for the menu available at the time. Reservations are not taken on the weekends, but we were able to walk in with relatively no crowds. However, by the time we left, it was packed! All of us opted for a flight - which, for the prince, how could you go wrong? The staff was incredibly pleasant and attentive, and they TRULY knew their products. They weren't afraid to say, "I don't think you'll like this [based on your tastes], try this instead." In addition, they had a selection of local cheesed and meats for purchase, so we were able to have a wonderful charcuterie with our wines. After purchasing, we sat on their deck and simply enjoyed being outside with the scenic view. Truly, it looked like it was taken out of a movie - I felt like I was looking at a scenic photo in a dentist office or something, but in the best way! We are so proud to support a local business like this. If I'm ever in the area, I will be sure to add this vineyard to my stops!

Brings together some of the best locally sources cheeses and meats, a wide variety of hard ciders ranging from dry to super sweet. Staff was lovely. Prices were higher than average, but not out of range for the quality. 75% of us highly recommend the Morning Glory cheese, a cow cheese spread with honey and lavender, and my wife is telling me to plus the strawberry-infused sweet cider... Prices aren't the best, but considering everything is made in-house, I'd say you're getting decent value. Houses about 25 people for seating comfortably. I'd suggest trying a flight (4 samples) of cider. Can't go wrong with anything but we went with the sweet cider flight. We ordered the pulled pork, choripan, soup, turkey pesto melt, and farmers salad, along with an immunity (ginger) cocktail. We liked the soup, melt and pulled pork, but would pass on the choripan and farmers salad, esp since all meals came with the same salad anyway. While I don't think you should go here just for the food, it's nice to grab some cider before heading off on a hike and enjoying the natural scenery.

Also hosts a pretty spectacular view looking out at Cayuga lake. Randy, the older gentleman that tends to the place is a fantastic human being. Very kind, welcoming, knowledgeable and great to converse with. He is the shining star and reason people will return/give good feedback. The bad: The Owner (Mark). I saw mention in a previous review that he may be on some sort of epilepsy medication that makes him act "off". Not sure I buy that excuse at all. He appears to be heavily intoxicated or on some sort of drug. Conversations with him were awkward, impossible to follow, and just plain uncomfortable. The comment he made about comparing his ex-wife to a dog was the point he completely lost us. To top it all off, he started to become a bit too friendly with my wife while I walked away to use the restroom. That was the icing on the cake. While I understand his medications make him act "off", the above mentioned behavior is inexcusable, medicated or not. We also watched a large party come in and quickly leave after the owner visited their table. Frankly, if it weren't for Randy, we would have also left after interacting with the owner. Conclusion: This winery has a lot of potential and provides a really great product. Equally as important is the overall experience you provide to a patron. The experience is not a good one with Mark (the owner) in the picture. He tainted what would have been an easy 5 star review. Randy was the saving grace. As a business savvy person, I highly recommend keeping Mark as far away from customers as possible. He is a liability and will drive the business into the depths of extinction.

I tried all of the reds, and my wife had others and some red wine. The guy that poured the wine was the owner. Very friendly and helpful on the wine tasting. They provide you pretzels as your food item, while sampling wine. Hands down, the best red wine on the side of the lake. One of my favorite top 3 wineries out of the 70 that I've visited in the finger lakes. This place is going places for sure. We liked it so much, that we had a full glass and purchased a 1/2 case of wine.

It had a nice patio that is nicely decorated to sit out and enjoy a nice glass of wine. We've never had the wine and decided to try a flight. I absolutely loved the red blend - it was unique flavor that could easily become a new go to for red wine. I also really enjoyed the drier flavor of the Rose so I picked up a bottle of each to bring home. Review Had my…read morewedding here in September 2025. The venue was mostly beautiful and the food was amazing. However, the management and the coordinator were an absolute nightmare. We booked the venue and the lodging on site almost a year in advance. In March we were informed that we actually couldn't have Friday or Saturday night as we had booked. The stated reason was a transcription error when changing to a new booking system, but that switch had happened several months prior. And when we visited and spoke to the venue a couple weeks before getting this news, the coordinator told us a couple was trying to book Saturday (the day before ours) and "would spare no expense." The lodging was a major reason we booked this place, and, while the venue did give us some discounts to make up for it, nothing really made me up for having everyone stay in separate places the night before and having to travel to the venue day of, which is what we were trying to avoid. Any time we tried to bring that up, they just offered to cancel our contract and let us go somewhere else entirely, which wasn't really an option 4 months out. Aside from the lodging issues, the coordinator caused a lot of stress and issues. She was lovely in the early stages and always willing to do whatever we wanted, but the closer we got the more that changed. On several occasions, she told myself or a family member one thing, and then changed her mind shortly after and claimed she never did. Some examples: ⁃ On Friday, she told myself grandmother my family could get inside the venue at 9am on Sunday to decorate. When the showed up, she said "who told you you could get here at 9?" ⁃ Two weeks before the wedding, she told me we didn't have to worry about cleaning up Sunday night or anything because the restaurant wouldn't be open anyway. When we showed up Sunday morning, she said we had to be cleaned up by 9am the next morning. The restaurant was not open to the public until Friday. ⁃ She told us we could rehearse at 4pm the day before and have dinner at O'Malley's next door after, which she confirmed several times was all set up. When we arrived, the wedding was actively happening so we couldn't rehearse then. When we decided to eat first and then rehearse, she told us they weren't prepared because we never called to set it up, even though she said it was taken care of. ⁃ We were supposed to arrive by boat, which they had set up for us for free to make up for some of their mistakes. The day of the wedding it was very windy. She said it probably isn't a good idea. I checked the weather and it said it would be fine by the ceremony time. She told me to let her know by 3. By 2:30 it was much better, but when I told her she said it was far too late that's already been canceled. So we had to rework our whole entrance 2 hours before the ceremony. ⁃ We had several people cancel on us about 2 weeks before the wedding, but after the final payment. They didn't have to give us a refund for the but said they would. They kept pushing the ball down the road with when our refund would come until the wedding had passed and they stopped answering messages. Those are just a few examples of the several times she either forgot what she told us or decided to change it. Every single person who interacted with her at my wedding told me they had a negative experience with her. Also they need pest control. There were millions of spiders all over their place. So many that some guests outright refused to stay at the very expensive lodging we paid for. Again, everything else was quite nice, and the wedding as a whole turned out good. I expected coordinator Katie to make our lives easier, not substantially harder. And we think we way over paid for the experience we got. We definitely wouldn't have booked here if we knew what we know now.
