Start to finish about 8hrs including repairs that had to be done to weathered/rotten wood. They took care of the surrounding areas of my home and protected them with tarps. Zero damage. This business is top notch and we highly recommend them if you're in the market for a new roof. Ask for Bret. Posted are a few before and after photos.

This is my honest review as a paying customer in June 2018. I contacted Makenosh Concrete &…read moreConstruction online after running across their Facebook page and requested an estimate for a driveway extension and to have a few the holes in my apron filled. They came out within 24 hours and I met with Kenneth. He accessed my property, showed and explained the problems areas from the previous installer, described the details of the job and how he would fix it, and quoted me a price. He was quite pleasant and took his time and answered all of my questions and concerns in great detail. After agreeing to proceed, I received a confirmation email from the business manager/co-owner, Kim, explaining what to expect next and an invoice for payment via Paypal. Day one, I was greeted and they got straight to work. The area was measured and prepped for the new layout of the driveway extension. After seeing the process, I have a new respect for those in this industry, as there was more digging and prep work than I realized. They even unearthed (literally) large tubing of no significance that was buried in the yard - probably from when the house was originally built. They maintained positive attitudes and carried it away for disposal and continued. Day two is when I witnessed how meticulous Kenneth was in his execution of making sure that the job's outcome would be pleasing. Now, most customers may not be home when all this is typically happening, and are just ready for the work to be finished but I'm glad I saw it firsthand. The concrete was poured and smoothed out to perfection. Every edge, every line was planned out, angled down, built up, leveled off, smoothed again, then repeated... And just when I thought, "that looks good," nope. Apparently, his experienced eyes saw what mine didn't and he kept going. No exaggeration, it was like watching an artist work, going over every space to make sure it was just right. I love good customer service, and I know that is exactly what I received. Not only did the Makenosh team complete the job they were hired for, but they also helped me with a couple of unrelated items. It may not have been a big deal for them to do it, but I was glad that they did; saving me time and money down the line. I find it interesting how there isn't such a huge mess after sloshing around in concrete, but at the end of the day, I went out to find the area was cleaned and the job was completed as expected. Even the grass that was dug up was put back into place nice and neat. I highly recommend Makenosh Concrete & Construction and plan to use them in the future.

I am extremely happy with the services that I received from this company…read more I was buying a family home and had negotiated the contract and we had signed and the contract was in escrow and my earnest money had been submitted. I was unable to visit the property and my inspection was very important. This company had good reviews so I chose it. I didn't expect any surprises. I was told it was a livable fixer. The report came back as failed roof, failed foundation, failed plumbing, failed electrical and possible black mold. Owner didn't agree and sent his own inspector and the owners inspector stated the same - failed inspection The owner offered to reduce cost and sell as is but it was too much work with 3 kids (it would have been a great fixer flip investment - maybe as much to fix as it cost). It was a frustrating experience but having the right inspector was a instrument in not getting stuck with a lemon I highly recommend
