The guy they sent out here to pressure wash my home broke my Vivint doorbell when he took his water…read moreprotective cover off after completing the pressure washing job. He was very rude and aggressive also in the manner he spoke to me, he said that my doorbell was "dry rotted" and that's the reason that it broke. It actually broke because he ripped it down and the internal plastic housing broke off at the top, (the pieces were on the ground after he broke it). I picked up the pieces in front of him and showed him and he still didn't take any responsibility. I spoke with the office lady and said that I have video and pictures of my doorbell working right up until he took the cover off with their workers face on it (he had a cigarette in his mouth). They said that they were going to call me back and I haven't heard anything back yet. I usually use frog wash but they were booked up to wash the front and back of my home porches. I've never had such a bad experience before. Women beware of hiring this company to do any work for your home. The men they employ are not safe in my opinion.
