It was through word-of-mouth that I found out about Henry Felkins and his ability to tune pianos. I…read morewas directed to his Facebook page, EIS Music, and begin a dialogue with him on setting up an appointment for tuning our family piano. Our piano had been through a lot as we had moved from the Pacific Northwest to Oklahoma. It definitely needed a tuning and some attention. Henry was extremely professional and was prompt to arrive to our appointment. He finished within the time slot that he had set aside for us. I feel that his prices are extremely reasonable. Just today he came out to repair our piano that was moved to and from Minnesota recently. Sadly it has been placed on the moving truck on its side. Once it arrived half the keyboard was not functional. We were so worried that our piano would be ruined -but- I knew exactly who to call. Within a few days Henry was at our house checking our piano. And amazingly enough within a couple of hours he had it completely repaired! I can't say enough about how excellent he is from his polite customer service to his amazing ability to repair pianos. Again... at such a reasonable price. If your piano needs tuning, or any other piano service, our family highly recommends Henry. You won't be disappointed.

Appliance King made my Refridgerator work! They communicated very well, responding to pictures and…read morevideos that I sent. They set an expectation of a time window and showed up during that time. The man who fixed it, Scott came over three separate times. When diagnosing the fridge we weren't certain what was wrong with it. We opened our ice bin and found a solid block of ice in there and when I pulled it out the arm (lever) broke off entirely. I shut off the water and called for service. Scott showed up, diagnosed it over the phone with videos and pics and brought a new ice maker. When installed, it didn't properly dispense still, and the water nozzle in my fridge wasn't working. Scott came back over a second time, and replaced a piece of equipment where my water filter rests, said it goes out often. That fixed the water. I kept waiting for ice but no ice. He came back over, and determined the new ice maker installed was defective. He commented that this was unfortunately common and he brought a replacement for the replacement. Three visits - one charge. Got the problem solved and made me a very happy person. No more trips to buy ice. No more unfiltered OKC tap water. It works like it's brand new. Would Recommend and thank you so much Scott! I know it was a headache but he didn't ghost us after the first visit and stayed in contact until the job was done. I feel like it wasn't the usual service we'd get from a small business. (I think it's a small business?) They were great.
