Very cute boutique hotel- it's about a 15 minute walk from Gothenburg Station but of course accessible with the tram (like 8 min?)
When you walk in from the street, the hotel check in desk will be to your left and the restaurant will be to your right.
The room: Rooms are cute and neat but are small- our room had one small bedside table and you couldn't really place much on it because the "mini bar" basket (like snacks you could have and pay for later) took up the space. Very cute decor and the large bed was comfortable and spacious enough for two people.
Service: The front desk staff were AWESOME and super helpful. I lost my phone during my trip (sigh) and they really tried to help me but alas. I really appreciate them helping me.
Also, when we told them we were checking out very early at 4am, they offered to set up a to-go breakfast for us that we could pick up upon check out, which I thought was very thoughtful.
They also gave us pointers on local attractions, which was helpful.
The breakfast: Because we were checking out early, we weren't able to have the famous breakfast in person, but they packed us a delicious to-go breakfast! It consisted of a large focaccia topped with mozzarella cheese, prosciutto and basil, some yogurt, cookies and cut fruit. Quite the feast- they will make sure you are full!
Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Gothenburg. It is in a great location with access to several tram lines. read more
