The nurses and doctors are amazing. I felt like they really cared about me here, they diagnosed me well and gave me medicine to get better. I will continue to go here, the only thing is they do get really busy but I guess it's because they are so great.

Word of mouth is always the best way to find a doctor. Besides having Dr. Emanuel as the primary doctor, there are two PAs and both are excellent. Wayne Tamborelli is one of the most hardworking and empathetic PAs I've had the pleasure of seeing. Depending on the time of day, you may have to wait, but most times, it's not more than 15 minutes. They are up-to-date and their "bedside manner" is excellent as well. I've been going to see them since they opened and have always gotten the answers I needed. We are fortunate to have such a facility and doctors in Nashville.

I have now had my scheduled appointment rescheduled now for the fourth time this year and am now being told I cannot get in to see my Doctor until late August. If I could give them a ZERO, I would. Their complete disdain for people in general is sickening. The entitlement at this facility is alarming. Like we owe them something. How about Caring for YOUR patients regardless of their skin color???? Looking for a new physician. This place and staff are about as POOR as it gets. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!

I began being a patient in 2003 or 2004. When she sold her privately held clinic, I floated not really having anyone manage my healthcare. I never found anyone who met the standards of care that Dr. Nacouzi set. In 2012, I saw that Dr Nacouzi was working at Duke at Brier Creek. I was incredibly fortunate to secure a spot under her care. She has seen me through thick and thin. She always listens, problem solves, prevents illness and is available through Duke MyChart in 24hrs. I have recommended her to those who I love and hold most dear. I believe in her and trust her.

It took a month for her to get in to see this doc and he could not have been any more disintrested in her or her medical history. He is extremely fat, and had the nerve to bring up her high triglycerides from her UNC chart. My mother has multiple health issues and he did not aask her about them. He just plopped down at the counter and slouched over his tablet asking her about her meds. He huffed and puffed and complained how late in the day it was after leaving us to wait in the exam room for over an hour. I kept exchanging "looks" with my mom and knew he was not going to be of any help to her at all. I don't know what the problem is with docs in this part of the state but they are pitiful! I will play doc myself and help her in any way I can before I ever step foot back in this practice. But what can you expect from a doc that practices out of a strip mall?!

Therefore, I am not keen to praise doctors. However, PAMF has a wonderful, smart, caring family doctor that I am compelled to recommend. Her name is Doctor Maggie Williams. Dr Williams is smart, dedicated, experienced, and caring. I have had some major medical issues which Dr. Williams expertly diagnosed and has been helping me resolve. My daughter has a medical issue that her pediatrician and gynecologist misdiagnosed but Dr Williams was quick to diagnose correctly. Dr Williams is conservative and logical in her approach to treatment. She listens and asks intelligent questions. She will order tests when appropriate and will refer patients to specialists both in and outside of PAMF. She will take the time to answer your questions and concerns. She really cares. Like I said, I am very skeptical of the medical profession but if you are looking for an excellent family doctor, then check out Dr. Williams.
