When I got there the man came off rude when I told him I had two because I guess they had some miscommunication within the shop and proceeded to tell me it was $25. The guy ended being nice and helping me and charging the original $20 per. I was going to pay while he did the tires and they had dogs in the office preventing me from going in and she shooed me away from the door and came to my car to ask for my card. I felt like she was rude about it and I didn't like that she had to take my card for payment without talking to me and verifying the price like a normal transaction. Tires were put on atleast but the people came off pretty grumpy.

I mentioned a few issues I had in addition to the main problem - wipers quit working. They looked my car over and found the problems, providing me with details and what could be fixed now and what could wait. They provided me details, cost, etc. and kept me apprised of progress. Additionally, they provided me a loaner car. This was a godsend as I was going to daily radiation therapy for cancer. I was so pleased with their care, I also asked them to give me an oil change as I knew it would be needed soon. I feel the cost of the work was very fair and will have the continue with the other things we found and put on hold. Great business!
