Had the unfortunate pleasure of having to deal with these payasos not once, not twice, not three times--but FOUR times! It took them four visits before they finally did anything and not once did they ever bother to schedule a visit. They just cold call without leaving a door knocker or any kind of notification from either them or PG&E. Fortunately for them I'm a nice guy and in the construction trades, so I don't like to prevent people from doing their jobs, so I let them have access every time. And how do they thank me? By making a huge mess in my yard, hacking my trees, and leaving me to deal with their fallen branches. Never again. If these "arborists" come knocking tell them thanks but no thanks.
