Christina was able to make a last minute appointment for me (night before) which I really appreciated! She told me honestly about the amount she felt that I needed to cut off to get rid of the unhealthy bits and gave me a beautiful blow dry! I attached a before and after! Another thing I was worried about was the amount of time my wavy, bouncy curls blow dry would hold as I have only ever had one successful one that was able to last me the whole day. I attached a picture of how my hair looked by the end of the day. As you can see the curls unfortunately didn't hold but when I sent the picture to Christina she was very very helpful in telling me other things to try so that it would hold in the future. Definitely recommend her and will be going back! Just another thing to note, the address that is given gives you a geo tag across the road and a few stores down, so just keep your head up and look on the other side of the road for the Goo sign!

4 Year Update!!!! I…read morehad wanted to go redhead since I was in my early 20's, but was too scared to stray away from my naturally dark black hair. I decided to attempt to do my own hair and absolutely botched it. I had a holiday party this weekend so I immediately texted Michelle to ask if she could squeeze me in. Being the amazing human being that she is, she managed to squeeze me in to fix my mishap. Upon arrival, I was let into the building by security and they told me where she was located so I went up. I was met by the adorable little pom Hope! She was the cutest and most loving little thing, so that put me at ease. Michelle then met with me and we went over my hair madness. Thankfully it was salvageable and so she got to work! She hand-painted all the patchy areas to make sure she could even it out. Once she rinsed all the product, I could immediately tell we were on the right track. She showed me some color and I picked what I wanted and she worked her magic! After a good rinse, a mask, and a blow-dry, I WAS IN ABSOLUTE AWE AND SO IN LOVE. I immediately knew I would leave an ecstatic customer. She was so sweet and hyped me up with kind words and compliments and I was just soooo beyond excited to show my new hair off to my friends and family. Michelle made sure to offer color depositing shampoos and conditioners to maintain the beautiful color she left me with. Of course, I'm like YES please!! Give me all the goodies to get me looking this awesome. She completed the process, I paid up, and headed off. I had to wait a few hours to show off my new look since she tirelessly worked a late-night just to get my hair done, which I greatly appreciated. Now I can walk into that holiday party with true confidence. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR FIXING MY HAIR!!!!!! I can't wait to come back for a root touch-up. XOXO

My hair, which is fine, and naturally kinky and frizzy, was totally transformed into a shiny and healthy-looking mane in just a few hours. This was not my first rodeo with hair straightening. I've done Japanese straightening for years, but my hair was starting to get unhealthy and break from it. I went to Ana, who suggested doing a Japanese Keratin combo treatment. I was skeptical at first, because I'd done Keratin before and it didn't last one me at all. But I trusted Ana and was concerning about the impact of doing the Japanese treatment again. I'm so glad I did, because Ana did an incredible job. I couldn't be happier with my straight, shiny, healthy-looking hair post-treatment! It's been almost 3 weeks and it's still straight and nice as can be, which makes me a believer in this Japanese Keratin combo treatment -- something I'd never even heard of before Ana. On a personal level, Ana is kind, considerate, patient, and good at what she does. She took the time to analyze my hair and recommend the best custom treatment for my specific situation. She also went the extra mile to make sure my parking situation was okay for our later evening appointment. During the appointment, we had some nice conversation for a while, then I did some work on my computer while she watched the news. She has drinks if you get thirty. It was just a pleasant experience and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. As far as the environment, she has a lovely first-floor salon with floor to ceiling windows in Beverly Hills. There is parking for $4 that covers the length of the appointment. Solid. Overall, I'd say Ana is as good as it gets. I fully trust her with my hair, and I highly recommend going to her for your straightening needs! Thanks Ana!!
