It sounded like my muffler but was unsure (due to my lack of car knowledge). I was referred to Firestone by my cousin who has had good things to say about them. When I called, Beau immediately answered. From the very beginning he was extremely pleasant. They were able to take my car in that very day. When I went in to drop off my car, I was greeted by Beau. He was just as friendly in person as he was on the phone. I left my car there for the day and they probably had it for about 5 hours. It turns out that my catalytic converter needed to be replaced. I picked up my car later that evening and again was helped by Beau. I wasn't entirely sure I understood what Eric told me on the phone so I asked Beau if he could explain to me what exactly went wrong with my car. He explained it to me in great detail and it taught me a lot more about how the catalytic converter works. I like that he took the time to educate me and help me understand the cause of the problem. I truly appreciated how kind and helpful Beau was. I haven't had such a pleasant customer service experience in a long time. Thank you Firestone and a huge thanks to Beau! I will definitely come back to this location when I need my car serviced again.

He gives accurate time estimates, is always upfront if a job is going to take a while, and double checks for company coupons to help keep your cost as low as possible. Whenever something unexpected comes up while getting my car serviced he calls and tries to get the new issue addressed at the same time. Him and his people always look out for their customers.

On this recent trip, we noticed that our tire pressure (PSI) was too high, so I quickly drove here and the manager immediately asked me to pull up to Bay 1, which I did. He pulled out the air hose and concurred with my assessment and decreased the pressure in each tire. And - he adamantly refused our tip. In less than 8 minutes, we were on the road again. I hit one of Toledos famous pot holes and put a bubble in my tire so I called around looking for a replacement. You would think I was searching for a unicorn. I called here because that's where I bought them. I was told I wasn't in their system, they don't carry that brand and they would call me back with some options of tires they do carry. I never received a call back. To be fair two other companies also didn't call me back. I am a pleasant person just trying to find an inexpensive tire. Customer service is a thing of the past I guess. I called them twice I wasn't about to call a third time. I am posting a picture of the record of my purchase from them of the tires they said they couldn't order for a person they have no record of.... Even though they send me emails and coupons in the mail.... They've no record of me right?
