We got there about noon and parked .81 miles away from the entry point on the south side by the Tabernacle. When we left at 4:00 or so, the streets were lined miles further away than we were. It was really kind of crazy how many where there. I am sad to say I didn't find a damn thing other than food and beer to buy this year. Not a damn thing. I already have all of the shit that peaked my interest. My wife did want a painting for my kid, but hesitated and said she would come back for it. When we got back, it was gone and she was bummed. We talked to the artist about commissioning a new piece, so maybe. It was the best piece of art in the festival. I should have just bought it myself when we liked it. I'll be back next year, hope someone with some nice art will tempt me. Just a heads up, snack wise.... Stick Em' food truck and Butterific cookies for the win no matter m what here. For real.

The parking was bad. I think we parked almost 2 miles away. So many booths yet not many food options. Guess I expected a lot of options. I did however find something great, a place called Wild Bills. The place sold sodas in tin mugs with unlimited refills. We bought the barrel mug for 15 bucks and we probably refilled it 6-7 times. Easily got my money back with those refills. Overall we had a good time.

If you are one of those we watch from the bar running up and down the street to warm up beforehand, stop reading. I have nothing of importance to say to you. For the rest of you, this is an awesome race. The vibe is amazing. Spectators are cheering for you like you're a contender to win the Boston marathon. There are funny support signs, kids offering high fives and cheering spectators all the way. Beads and glow necklaces, Jell-O shots and Fireball, cheese and grapes, bands playing on neighbor's lawns. I think I even saw a Big Top themed party along the way. Walk it, jalk it or run it, but take it all in and enjoy it! Have fun for a great cause!

No milkshakes, no peach ice cream or sea salt caramel ice cream or several other flavors that I don't even remember. My husband went ahead & ordered 2 scoops of strawberry ice cream in a waffle cone. I didn't get anything because they didn't have the 3 things I tried to order. We paid & walked outside & he noticed his cone was crushed, most likely from the server as she was dipping the ice cream on. He finished it but said it was comparable to Blue Bell - not really worth $7.75. Service was not rude, but not friendly either. No apologies for being out of everything & no thank you when we left. Overall, a very disappointing visit and while I highly recommend going to Graceland & eating at Vernon's Smokehouse, I can't say the same for Minnie Mae's Sweets at this time.

Pam Webster and Ursula Wood did some of the worst title work I have ever seen. No legitimate real estate professional I know will close there. I located the rightful owner's name and phone number in under three minutes. Your office could have done the same and saved me over $22,000. The chain of title on this deal is a complete disaster, and nearly every flawed document carries her signature. It would be easy to assume involvement, but I genuinely believe it's incompetence rather than intent. You can finish last in your law school class, barely pass the bar, and still practice and based on everything I've seen and heard, that seems to be the situation here. I've closed over 1,500 real estate transactions, and she is by far the worst closing attorney I've ever encountered. The attached photos shows just how bad the title work was. Thanks for the lawsuit you got me into, 5 years later I am still getting harassed by the plaintiff's attorney. BTW--the big boys in the industry when they screw up make their clients whole without making files on their title insurance.

So I went to find who else was out there and I'm glad I did. I called at 3:30pm and was startled to reach Mr. Jeff Dupuis immediately and directly. He gave me a quote that was substantially cheaper, and told me he could be at my house the next day. It only took him an hour to replace my fan (the competition said it would be at least 1.5 hours, and that was with TWO people.) He was quick, professional, affordable, and I can't praise him enough. The new fan works great, I'm glad I called him, and I recommend him wholeheartedly.
