I've been living in property for 8 months.. I pay additional $125 for garage, total with utilities $2100 not to include garage. No warning... and occupancy is low, so why boot my car? Greed.. they use every opportunity to find ways to make money off the tenant., very disappointed!!

The tenants here are so loud all hours of the night and nothing will be done. This new management is terrible and nobody returns calls. I have been trying to get ahold of someone at the front office about a complaint for the last 6 months and nobody will talk to me. These apartments used to be so nice and the front desk was great but now that's not the case at all. Run while you can and don't rent here! I can't wait for my lease to end so I can get the hell out of here!!

Unfortunately, this business offers NO customer service. We sent emails and tried to call with No…read moreresponse. We arrived at opening time and were rudely greeted with "you don't have an appointment?" The information on the apartment guide was completely false in terms of availability . Furthermore, we were told that the application would take as much as 120 days to approve. So without explanation, I think this is a different animal. Maybe it is all income qualified through the affordable housing program, but not available for cash customers. I think they could put up notices of explanation to help avoid folks driving a bazillion miles based upon inaccuracies found on the subscription apartment finding services. They should remove their listing from these services and replace their rude representative. It is a lovely property and will be, but not with present management.

I rented one of the units with a private exterior entrance, which made potty breaks with my dog incredibly convenient. The proximity to the Anschutz campus is unbeatable, and the staff has always been responsive, professional, and courteous -- including the maintenance team. Another major highlight is being just a short walk from the Sand Creek Trail, making it easy to go for a run, walk the dog, or enjoy a beautiful sunset outdoors. If I ever needed to rent again, 21 Fitz would absolutely be my first choice. I highly recommend this community.
