When I took it back to show them and ask how this had happened they knew straight away so obviously they saw the stains when I first pick the shirt up but they placed my other black shirt I also had cleaned over the top of the of the white one so I would not notice it. I was fuming when I went to wear the shirt the following day!! I took it back they said it was not their fault so basically blamed me for the stains!! Just last week I brought in my grandfather's Burberry rain coat; it had gotten some odd stains on it during our move. It's the only remaining item I have of my grandfather's, and I was so afraid of such a sentimental piece being ruined in the cleaning process that I delayed bringing it in for far too long. I explained the situation, and the way they carefully inspected the jacket with the utmost care demonstrated how thoughtful and trustworthy they are.
