I called Penny several times and also visited the store. They repeatedLu asked for the shirt's description, which I told them was a Ralph Louren button down tattersall size large. The shirt cost over $100 and was relatively new. They still haven't found the shirt nor offered and compensation for the loss. Penny doesn't seemed to care, so I'm warning my neighbors and friends to stay far away from this "establishment."

When I took it back to show them and ask how this had happened they knew straight away so obviously they saw the stains when I first pick the shirt up but they placed my other black shirt I also had cleaned over the top of the of the white one so I would not notice it. I was fuming when I went to wear the shirt the following day!! I took it back they said it was not their fault so basically blamed me for the stains!! Everyone goes the extra mile whenever I come in, including helping me get clothes to and from the car whenever my toddler is with me and I definitely need the extra hands. The owner is great and has personally helped me to the car on more than one occasion. I've brought heavily stained items, designer pieces, and fragile clothes, and they always come back to me looking better than ever for a very competitive price and with a speedy turnaround. Just last week I brought in my grandfather's Burberry rain coat; it had gotten some odd stains on it during our move. It's the only remaining item I have of my grandfather's, and I was so afraid of such a sentimental piece being ruined in the cleaning process that I delayed bringing it in for far too long.
