Glad I came here to write this review as I had the same experience as Houda.
Brought vintage Levi's that were my Mom's in, a jumpsuit that needed mending from American Apparel that no longer exists, and a beautiful silk dress from Tucson that was also vintage. All of these items are irreplaceable and not cheap.
Not only did they tell me it was "lost in the flood", they never bothered to call, or reimburse me in any way. Honestly, I would've taken it because I am too nice like that...but then she had the nerve to tell me if these items were so valuable why didn't I come to pick them up on time with an attitude while laughing.
I lost my mind, the disrespect was unreal. I've been battling covid on and off and am a long-haul patient. If I could have made it back sooner, I would have. Why am I being questioned about a service you should've provided and dropped the ball on? With no follow-up, no reimbursement, not even an apology! I guarantee they kept the items, insurance would have covered all of our losses.
I would've never gone here if I had known my items would be completely thrown out with no warning. To not even reimburse me and then to on top of that give me attitude and laugh in my face? I am 120% reporting to the BBB and I hope she learned something that day. When I have to ask 3 times was I rude to you and get the response of no, maybe you should think twice about how you treat loyal good paying customers.
I have several more articles of clothing in the trunk of my car I was going to bring in, but now I will take my business elsewhere. BEWARE! read more
