It was a difficult job they were to remove and clean heavy storm windows on a two story home. I'm…read morepretty sure they underbid the job, i would have paid more to get the job done right- but they were not the cheapest-they sent one guy to do a dangerous job alone on tall ladders handling storm windows that needed to be removed. I complained and they sent a second person to help. However even with the second person it does not appear that they removed all storm windows...there are many streaks and dried water droplet marks still in many of the windows. They are cleanER than they were i will probably call another company to finish the job
