Students receive a mix of Ohio standards in ELA, math, science, and Social Studies, along with instruction in Arabic, Islamic Studies, and Q'ran. Students are involved in extracurricular activities such as Q'ran competition, Script's Spelling Bee, art, competitive basketball, and others. The teachers and staff are dedicated professionals. DIS is the perfect school for students to receive a well-rounded education, including religious studies, as well as a sense of belonging and family. Dayton Islamic School is an A+!
