It has a sign at the front of it (which he parked right in front of) that clearly indicates it is only for handicap loading and unloading and has very worn white diagonal striping across it. The condition of the paint has been raised with the management company, but the signage makes it abundantly clear what the space is for. I did not park in two spaces. There is only one space. Also, the management company refuted his claims that he was given permission to park there to perform his work. He talks of grace and compassion as if the disabled person needs to be compassionate toward the difficulty he's experiencing while literally making it impossible for me to get into or out of my vehicle where I live. What a piece of work.

Though we gave specifics of our rooms and number of stairs, the price was higher when they came than what we were estimated over the phone. When Ben arrived, he was confident about certain spots coming out, and said it would look better once it was all dry, so don't worry if spots look bad before then. Once the carpets were all dry, I still could see a lot of what had been there prior, which was disappointing. I asked about tile cleaning hoping that meant they also did showers, and though it was just tile floors, he went on the recommend a shower cleaning product. I thought this was helpful until it turned into a full sales pitch as they're also Amway distributors. I don't like being sold to and didn't appreciate the time taken trying to sell me products, but I tried to just be polite. I then received an Amway mailer from them plus a postcard stating, "If you have any questions or concerns feel free to give us a call. If a spot just happens to wick back up, within 1 month, we have special equipment to take care of you, at no charge." I called and left a voicemail hoping to discuss them coming back to get some of the spots that didn't come out, but it's been weeks and I never received a call back. We usually do home projects and cleaning ourselves, so it was a let down to pay for a service and not be satisfied with the end product. Nothing major, but we wouldn't use them again. We've since had friends recommend Zerorez, so that's who we'd use in the future.
