Overall yes, my nails were very pretty. However, the lady cut my cuticles 7 TIMES. I was bleeding and she had to sit there and hold a cotton ball on it til it stopped. They didn't charge me for the 2 rhinestones I got on my middle fingers. They still charged me $92 which i don't see how these costed that much. I was in town at Warsaw for my birthday vacation and my mother in law wanted to gift me a medi and a pedi for my 22 birthday. We went on the 20th the day before my birthday and my toes came out beautiful. When it games to my nails I had to stop the lady because she was being very rude and rough and also broke skin and I was bleeding and had the audacity to say it was like that before and it wasn't. She made me cry. She was also going to charge me $140 for a nail set my tech in Texas would do for $65-$85, that's when I switched to just color and the chaos of this lady started. She was gentle than rough after I told her I didn't like to spend that much money. We should have walked out but we paid 101$ for nails that were not done and I had to cut them off the night I got back to Warsaw. This place should be shut down by OSHA no customer should be blamed for wanting to switch before the process begins, there was no need to blame me for something I didn't do or have in my nails. I straight up told the lady she sucked and I hope she doesn't treat her clientele like this again, because that's how you loss customers and business. I will be making a phone call to whoever in Missouri to get this place shut down. read more

Spent $65 on my dipped nails a week ago yesterday. Not sure if it's the product or the technique but I've been back twice for 2 nails with cracked/broke nail repairs. I went in for a simple basic pedicure with my sister. During my pedi, the nail tech pulled out the skin on the entire left side of my big toe. She placed my foot back into the hot water that my feet were already in. Not clean water, no disinfectant. A day later, I got a horrible infection. My toe turned purple and puffed up. Puss will not stop coming out. My sisters toe also got infected. I came in because the least they could do is refund me. They went off on me and told me I just have sensitive skin. They didn't believe that my sisters toe got messed up too. The man I spoke to made a huge scene in front of all of his customers. It was very unprofessional and the worst customer service I've ever received. I'm glad that at least the nail tech was nice about it and gave me the refund. They only gave me a refund for my pedicure even though both of us got a bad infection. Now I'm just hoping that it actually heals and I don't have to go to the doctors. read more

Horrible experience! I was visiting my daughter for the first time since she moved to Sedalia and wanted to treat her to a mother/daughter mani pedi. This was our 3rd choice since the 1st two had no availability. I called and there was no wait. When we got there a sign on the door said "Cash only." We looked at the menu to see what services we wanted to determine if I had enough cash. It was hard to get a straight answer when I asked them to add up the services we wanted they wouldn't do it so I had to guesstimate. We were shown to massage chair right away and the pedicure began. The tech doing my toenail cut deep into the side. I said "Ow!" and she kept digging. I continued to let her know she was hurting me and she continued to dig and pull the toenail even though it started bleeding a lot. I didn't have an ingrown toenail but now I'm afraid I will and I'm nursing my toe to try to prevent infection. And 2 basic pedicures, a basic mani and 1 mani with acrylic dip was $197. I would've paid about $135 at my regular salon and would've be in pain right now and worried I'm going to lose a toe. read more

Horrible! The nail technician "to save time" used the nail machine to remove mi polish, instead of using cotton and acetone. My nails are weak and broke. They damaged my nails and charged me. The attitude of the lady and owner wasn't the best. When I asked to stop using the machine because it was hurting me, she rolled her eyes and started raising her voice to me. Everybody was looking at her. Very unprofessional. No one deserved to be treated like this. Please save your money and the drama and go to another salon. I go to Bella semi regularly. I like that they work hard to please. They are pretty fast, but don't make you feel like you are being shoved through. My shellac lasts well (depending who does it) and I like the pedicure. They have great chairs and they always ask of anything is too hot, if you like what they are doing, etc. Overall, I think they are consistent, do a decent job, and totally worth the money. read more

I was worked in on short notice, so that was great. I know I have short nails, so that makes it hard to work with, but that is no excuse for crooked nails with a ton of bubbles. When they ground my nail bed down they made one finger extremely sore and even made one cuticle bleed, which they used nail glue to close up. My fingers hurt so much when I was done from the filing because it was so rough. The experience seem extremely rushed. All in all, and ok experience but I'll be looking at using a different nail salon next time. read more

I came in early on a week day morning, I was the only customer in the shop but the older man working there still rushed me to pick out my shellac color. I had called before coming in to ask how much just a shellac polish would be and he said $17. When I get there he tells me that the price only applies to one of the color wheels... ok so I pick one while he starts to file my nails, I tell him that they had already been manicured exactly how I want them (length, shape, cuticles pushed back etc) but he insists on reshaping them his way leaving them CROOKED and rough. Then he messily applies the polish, some spots were so thick that it looked like I had a botched acrylic underneath, he even missed the corner on one thumbnail altogether. Needless to say the polish lifted the very next day. I still thanked him and even tipped him, but I will never return. read more

THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!! I've gone here a couple times. The first time I went a younger guy did them and they fell off within days. Another time I went, I had Trans (the owner) do them, thinking that he would actually do them correctly & he unfortunately he did not. I got this magnet nail polish on my nails, and it was chipping within a few days after getting it done. I had told a friend who goes there about it and she also told me her polish chipped the SAME DAY she got it done. I went back and finally just got my acrylics off, and an older man took them off for me there. He burned my real nail on multiple occasions & I yelled, "OW" and he didnt do anything but laugh!!!! HE DID NOT APOLOGIZEI asked him to round up the edges of my real nails when he got the acrylics off and he half assed it, and even had the nerve to make gestures that he was getting angry with me. Finally, to top off how shitty this nail place is and how lazy the workers really are there, I got my acrylics off there last week sometime and I'm sitting here looking at my real nails, and 1.) he drilled too far into my real nail there is a small tiny hole that hurts very bad and 2.) THE ACRYLIC ISN'T EVEN OFF COMPLETELY. Just an fyi, on why I kept going back is because I just moved to Missouri and I had gone to a few other places in Warrensburg but they were terribly awful too. I didn't know what to do, so I just ended up getting them off completely so I wouldn't have to worry about it. DON'T GO HERE! read more
