Once again, ZocDoc didn't steer me wrong. With my weird schedule, finding doctors that are available on Saturdays are the best. Started seeing Dr. Yunayev in 2014 & I'm not going anywhere else unless he stops accepting my insurance or something along those lines. Although there is a sign that says there may be up to a 2 hour wait on Saturdays, I've never waited long to be seen. (As with most of my doctor's appointments, I don't show up on time anyway because I know they're not ready when I get there lol.) He does do a blood test before issuing birth control which I like. Peeing in the cup isn't always accurate. Cash only which sucks because who carries cash anymore? There's a chase bank a few blocks away or you can just ask them to send you a bill. The parking lot is awkwardly small (Like there's only 7 spaces & it's a tight fit), but I usually get a spot. Street parking shouldn't be hard to find either. If you take public transportation, the B41 stops right in front of the building & the B47 is a short walk away. read more

Office is a complete mess. Totally unorganized. Took a month and 8 phone calls to get a refill. Then they took blood work and then found out on the day i came in for the results, and BTW I had to take time off from work that the tests were never run. Was told i they would find out why and get back to me that day. It's a week later and no return phone call. Don't waste your time with this place! They are very disorganized and they don't have no urgency when it comes to your health! I was patient there and need a prescription of A medication sent to the pharmacy. I called several times, went back and forth with a lady on the phone for a whole day, she finally Says it's sent to the pharmacy At like 6:45pm but my pharmacy was closed by the time I could get there. I got to the pharmacy the next morning, they say we have no prescription for you. keep in mind it's now day 2.5 and I t's literally an EMERGENCY! Why am I having this hard of a time when I'm already a patient there and it's a prescription with a time frame. I called back several times the lady says I have to wait AGAIN until he's done with his patient for the day ...They won't hear from me anymore,I'll find somewhere that understands urgency. read more

The best gyn ever, I ve been seeing Dr. Yanyev for over 12 years and his quality of card only gets better. He delivered my daughter two years ago and ensured I had the best pregnancy experience. He is very thorough and listens to you and dies what is in your best interest. read more

This office is absolutely ridiculous. They are extremely disorganized, give wrong information, takes over 2 weeks to get blood work results back, and even used out of network labs that I may be held liable now for to pay. I 100% would deter from using this office. The week I was supposed to find out the gender they called me and said "can you come in for more bloodwork" I said umm ok why? I'm already waiting 2 weeks for my previous bloodwork to come back. She goes "they didn't take enough blood and you have to do it over and now have to wait another two weeks to find out everything." Also there was a minor issue with on of my tests and I asked what does that mean and they told me "to look it up online" then I find out they are using out of network labs that are billing my insurance thousands of dollars and not covering. Final straw (I found out about the out of network costs after I left) was they said my husband can't come into the room anymore because they were having issues with men Just freely walking around and by accidentally opening doors for other women patients. Which blows my mind because My husband literally walks into the sonogram room, stays there then walks out with me. And then to top it off to get my medical records I had to pay to print them because they said they faxed it over but the new office never received anything. And when the new office tried to call they hung up on them. It's sad because Dr. Yunayev is very nice and Great but the office they run is very unprofessional and it made my time pregnant very stressful. read more

Avoid going to this medical place at first I was amazed at how the office worked the staff and dr inyvez were great upon my first visit... did blood work and was scheduled for a sonogram 3 days after... the lady that did that did my sonogram was amazing. upon scheduling my blood text and sonogram I informed them that I was taking a trip out of the country n I will not be back for a month I was told that's fine. I received my blood test 2 days after my visit and my blood levels were low. Knowing I am already anemic I know it was something that was going to be discussed at my next appointment... at my sonogram appointment 3 days later, staff didnt even realize I was already seen days prior and they tried to do a new patient check up when I already had one. long story short I cleared it up and did my sonogram after my appointment they said the dr wanted to see me but when I asked if he was there the answer was no so I said ok please give me a call when he's in the office and I reminded them I was going to leave the country.The day that was on the airport to go to away I got a call from the dr office stating it was an emergency and I needed to come in now. Impossible because I'm already about to board a plane... they then cleaned I refused treatment and they can no longer treat me for my issues because I'm refusing treatment. But here's the shocker I tried to book another doctor within that facility and they canceled my appointment stating that I cannot be treated because I previously refused treatment. This is patient negligence of you value yourself and want to be treated with respect please do not go here. The receptionist with the blonde hair isn't too pleasant and they take a long time to mail your medical records when you sign the release form. read more

I have gone here twice and both times, the wait was insanely long. Almost an hour and a half of waiting. I saw the nutritionist and unfortunately I do not remember her name. I would not recommend going to a nutritionist there. We spoke briefly about my concerns and I expected to get some tailored information. Literally every piece of information/advise she gave me was stuff I already kne - i.e. eating x amount of something is not good. I told her I have a problem where if cookies are accessible, I could eat the whole container. "Don't have them in the house or only eat a few" - I didn't need a professional to tell me that lol. I also thought I would receive information and nutrition catered to my needs and she literally Googled "2,000 calorie diet" and printed it for me. Thankfully I only had a copay but that was $30 down the toilet. That was my first time going to a nutrionist and may be my last. She did not give me any helpful or insightful information and anything she said was the obvious of what everyone knows. I'm just mindblown that she literally pulled a diet from Google. If I knew that's what I was paying and waiting over an hour for, I could've done it myself. read more

The doctor is very hoggish and lacked empathy. Threaten to drop me as a patient because I misplaced my referral. After I decided to leave they sent me antagonizing letter in the mail. Notifying me of cancellation of service and they would no longer be responsible for my healthcare. Took forever to produce my records, which they charged me 75 cents a page to print. read more

I saw Jessica for my ultrasound and she is amazing! She's so sweet and she actually talks to you and makes you feel comfortable. She takes her time and answers any questions that she can. If she's there when you're there I guarantee you will have an enjoyable experience. read more

Will put 0 stars if possible. Was there in October, no one informed me that Dr. Shawn was not in and that I will be seen only by his midwife staff.Wait time was horrible. Then was told she can't do all the tests and will only get what she can do. I signed a release form so that they can forward results to PCP. for 2 whole months I have been constantly following up on where my results are and why it has not been forwarded. Always being told that they already did. On almost 2 months I am still following up. 2 weeks ago they said they cannot email, fax, or mail any results until my PCP gives a written request. Did that too, still no results. Today, I called and finally said that I will just personally pick up the results, they said sure,so I went there and the RUDE front desk staff and manager said they cannot release my test results to me! Ridiculous! wanted me to sign a medical release form which says I am releasing it to myself??? What kind of clinic is this??? Still denied me the test results and said if I signed it today they will process it tomorrow and it will be 75cents a page. What kind of ridiculous medical facility is this? Big Mistake coming here. He gets a ZERO. This was my first time meeting Dr Shawn I. Yunayevcfrom BellaDonna Medical, PC. He was the most nastiest person I ever met in my life. I had a 9am appointment. He did not care that i was in the office. He cursed two of his front desk staff. I was waiting for 25mins while this was happening. I opened the door several times so he would stop. From calling them Mother F...kers to you better F..king tell me who it was. He had no compassion that when he came in the room to me his face was so anger I asked if I could say something. Of course my conversation was about my visit. He tried to treat me as though I worked for him. After I opened my mouth he realized I was a patient who pays his bills. He was arrogant and very disrespectful. He was on a call with a pregnant woman that she had to get her husband to speak with him. I gathered he put him in his place and reminded him that his wife shouldn't have to be insulted or spoken so unprofessional. I then heard him apologizing and saying he wasn't meaning the way he sound. This is when he attacked the staff and did not spear any words. Then entered the room I was waiting in for 25mins and attempted to demeanor me. No one has to be abused by anyone that you are called out of your name. It was the worst experience for visiting dr office in my life. I supposed to have an appointment at 6.30 pm, that's why I went to the dr office at 6.10 pm. Then front desk told me you can wait in the examination room. I saw a few people were behind me in the waiting room. Meanwhile, I was waiting a doctor in the examination room. It was already 7. 30 pm. I decided don't wait him and skip this appointment and leave, cause I cannot wait more than one hour. When I opened the door I was surprised cause I saw all patients were gone and they were consulted before me! I was so upset. A girl who supposed to be the last one, she was before me! It is so ridiculous! When I first time visited this doctor, I saw his arrogance. But I didn't pay attention for it as soon as he is doing his job. He also sent me to the pharmacy where they charge me $36-40 for boric acid. For the less price you can buy on Amazon ($18) or at the Walmart($21). I regret that I went to the follow up appointment, this person couldn't even take me at my scheduled time. His action and behavior are inexcusable and unacceptable. Everyone should feel comfortable walking into a doctor's office. It starts at front door. The saying one bad apple spoils the bunch it can be so true. HOWEVER, in this case it's not true. The more mature receptionists are easy going without attitudes, oppose to the unprofessional younger workers who at reception. Who need to take classes on how to speak to customers. Absolutely terrible! Avoid this place. The receptionists are rude, and ultimately incompetent. They have given me WRONG medical information over the phone. The wait times are very long, and as you wait, the receptionists often talk about other patients within earshot of those waiting. I've found Dr Quinones to be insulting and condescending, rather than helpful or even kind. I've called to speak to him on more than one occasion and he's never answered or returned my calls. The nurse Phyllis is phenomenal and TRUELY knows what proper patient care is! The secretary's are rude and not knowledgable about anything that they should be knowledgable in. They just sit behind their desks and gossip without even caring about anything else. Also to my horror one of the secretaries even leans over the front desk so she can see the television and watch what is going on on TV (how unprofessional) These women are also responsible for ensuring proper patient flow and short wait times but clearly they are failing at this by having patients wait ridiculous amounts of time past their scheduled appointments to be seen by the MD If I could give this place 0 stars I absolutely would but the 1 start is just for Phillis. This place had me waiting in the waiting room for over 1.5 hours then took me into an exam room asked for me to undress and left me sitting there for over a half hour. During this time sitting there, my blood boiled due to the wait, due to the quality of service I was receiving and due to the fact that they made me UNDRESS to sit there uncomfortably instead of keeping me in the waiting room. On top of it ALL the MD who was in his personal office that I guess shared a wall with my room was screaming and cursing at one of his nurses (i heard every word) after all of this compiled into this 1 visit, I booked an appointment with an MD that I am sure will be of much higher quality on Zocdoc, put my clothing back on and left. The best part was that when I was leaving and asked for my copay back they pointed at a dingy printed out sign that says "Saturday wait times can be up to 2 hours" before returning my money back to me. WHY HAVE SET APPOINTMENT TIMES IF YOU ARE MAKING YOUR PATIENTS WAIT FOR SO LONG?!?!?!?!??! I work in the medical field with an overwhelming amount of patient's daily and we NEVER have our patients wait longer then 20- 30 minutes. DO NOT GO HERE EVER! I have been a patient for a while and it has never been an easy experience with them, the only reason why I continued to go back was because of the convenience. read more

The only downside is that it is pretty out of the way if you don't live in Mill's Basin, but it's worth the trip. His staff is lovely, too. read more
