(privacy issue) The manufacturer of the RV said that they can not make the side caps for any other windows. So, I searched on line and found three companies in the area. Two of them didn't even return my call but Willa showed up that very day, all happy and upbeat and she made it happen! She even let my hubby do the install under HER guidance and it could not have gone better!! She suggests using a professional but in this case, the hubby is handy and quick to learn. :-) She was very detail oriented and did a fantastic job!

Price responded to an email and advised me that no one has reached out regarding my measurements due to inclement weather . Every time I call the number given it's a different message left. So someone is definitely working hard not to work. The answering service is changed everyday to reflect the days of the week and the status of the company. No one returns calls. I don't know why Lowes uses this company as a certified contractor for installation.

The installation crew was professional and did a beautiful job. The quality of the product is superior with touches like the soft edge you will not find elsewhere. The shutters look even better than anticipated and we are very happy. We have already referred customers. The shutters speak for themselves. A huge draw for us initially was that Shenandoah Shutters are made in the USA. We had bids from other companies but the product was made in China and shipped to US. The difference in price was negligible, but shipping time was expected to be much longer with the other companies. The other companies did not offer some of the details that Shenandoah Shutters such as hidden hinges, etc. We had 12 window shutters and 1 door shutter
