Great we say, however we are going on 4 months with still no word as to when we'll receive what we paid for. When we call we only get rudely hung up on. Serv. man came out took pictures and agree this was not normal wear and tear. Kathy from Dickson City Raymor & Flaingan called said they can not do anything because the cusions are attached to sofa and can not be removed to re-stuff. She told me she called the company that made it and they said they don't make it anymore so can not replace. She alos asked the store mananger if something can be done they told her No. When I asked the name of the company that makes it so I could call myself, she said she didn't know she only has a code number for their name???? Never heard of anything like this in my life! There is No Reason this Leather furniture should hold up like that, I have never had furniture that did not hold up after only 2yrs. I have no small children nor is anyone over weight. Not that that should matter but it was never abused, I take care of all my furniture. Well needless to say it took months to get it resolved and guess what they tried to say we did that to the floor. I said are you kidding me, what kind of people do they have representing Home Depot? I spent lots of money on this floor and for them to insinuate I did that to the floor. Never will I do business with this or any other Home Depot again and I have been a customer over 16years.
