Mayra is usually present and very pleasing to work with however the front office staff *Andrea* was extremely rude . I came in for my appointment I was a bit early since I got off early and the traffic was decent . I come in at about 148 pm and she looks disgusted at seeing someone walk in . She then asks if I have an appointment and I state that I do it's at 230 and I'm just a bit early . She proceeds to say that she is going to lunch and I can come back at 230. I ask if she had anything before that time and she respond with "today?".... She then proceeds to tell me she is on lunch and going to lunch a few more times , all the while she has an empty plate of her food sitting in front of her. So I ask her name and she does not want to give me her name I ask again and she said she did not have to give me her name. She refused several times to give me her name . About 5 minutes later I get an appointment cancelation text message so now I'm on the phone with customer service questioning why my appointment has been canceled. Thankfully I was able to get ahold of a Removery specialist who was able to reschedule my appointment and listen to my concerns about this technician. A message to the center manager will be placed about customer decency. Hopefully Andrea learns how to be a bit nicer when she is sitting at the front desk .

After that, they gave me the cold shoulder and rushed to get me out. I asked if they could send my prescription to the pharmacy downstairs so I could pick it up there. Turns out, they intentionally delayed sending my prescription for about 45 minutes -- and there was no line at the pharmacy during that entire time. Stay away from Laser and Dermatology Center.
