After that, they gave me the cold shoulder and rushed to get me out. I asked if they could send my prescription to the pharmacy downstairs so I could pick it up there. I ended up waiting at the pharmacy for so long that the pharmacist had to call them to find out what was going on. Turns out, they intentionally delayed sending my prescription for about 45 minutes -- and there was no line at the pharmacy during that entire time. Stay away from Laser and Dermatology Center. Truly awful service and unprofessional behavior.

Love the staff and the services they offer to get my skin looking fresh free and clean. I don't ask for very much but they go above and beyond to make things that much more special in my experiences. I make an effort to come see Dr Rispler and his staff at least once every 3 months or earlier but in those times I'm always greeted with a smile and good vibes. I've had laser done to my acne prone face and the laser that was used really killed the active acne off in literally hours. This was years ago and I'm proud and happy to say that with the right regimen and proper care from your dermatologist ((Dr Rispler) you will look the way you want to look sooner. Nowadays it's more maintenance and eating right. She was nice initially till she realized I had a Groupon. Her whole demeanor changed. When I was paying for the treatment, the secretary asked if she should schedule a follow up, and the injector said no need she has a Groupon. For background, I have used botox before and received it in Korea at a skincare clinic. I loved the results then and thought it would be similar to that treatment. In Korea, they cleanse and numb your face prior to treatment. They also show you the bottle before they draw it into the needle. At skin perfect brothers, she turned her back to me and didn't show me that it really was botox. It could have been dysport for all I know. She rubbed a Vaseline type cream on my forehead without wiping it clean and just started injecting (after marking my muscle movement). Its only been 5 days, and we'll see in 2 weeks at its full development. I wanted an annual visit there, but after that treatment... I'm good. They did text me to see if I was happy with it. Being a fair skin African American numerous dermatologist would not recommend any type of laser. I am very thankful for Dr. Rispler's expertise with multiple laser treatments and African American skin. The price is minimal in comparison to the amount of money that I spent in the past on creams, lotions and useless other microdermabrasions, peels, etc. The only regret that I have is not take a before picture without makeup to post for everyone to see the best results ever, I can now go out of the house with no makeup and get compliments on my skin from family, friends and co-workers. Then does this work any better then other laser treatments in the $2000-$3000 range...in my opinion NO when you say NO I am not interested they will escort you out the back door, you no longer can exit thru the main lobby. Perhaps they think you will warn other new patients.
