Julie did the flowers for my daughter's wedding at DeLille Cellars in Woodinville. They were stunning. We met twice at her studio in Magnolia to discuss the look we wanted, our budget, etc. She emailed a color, 12 page proposal w? photographs, listing every item she would provide (and the price for each, which made it easy to add/delete items) Julie has amazing attention to detail. In addition to the usual flowers .. bridal party, centerpieces, ceremony flowers (we had an arbor, nosegays on the end of each row & petals scattered down the aisle), she also thought to suggest the "extras" that really made it come to life... things like "loose florals" placed on wine barrels with floating candles in cylinder vases, petals and votives on the guest book and place card tables & in the powder room, bud vases with flowers for small tables during cocktail hour, etc. that were simple so very reasonably priced but that really gave that "wow" factor. She thought to ask for swatches of dress fabrics & table linens, even the ribbon we were using on the wedding ceremony programs, so everything matched PERFECTLY. Julie was also VERY resourceful about reusing everything... all of the ceremony & cocktail hour flowers were whisked away and reappeared in different locations for the dinner! Julie also has a huge array of decorative items she will let you use free of charge! We used a lot of votives ( both crystal and mercury glass), large candlesticks, hurricanes, glass cylinders with floating candles, silver trays for place cards, silver pedestals for more candles, etc. She didn't charge for any of this! We also got our tent lighting through Julie... GORGEOUS crystal chandeliers that were prettier & cheaper than area rental companies. At the end of the night, Julie miraculously and unobtrusively wraps up all of the flowers to take home/give to friends! AMAZING! She is so lovely to work with! Worked with Bella Rugosa this past weekend for our wedding. Julie was amazing and took care of all the details in making sure my wife's vision was fulfilled to what she wanted. We got a ton of compliments on the flowers and it was the perfect touch to making our wedding beautiful and the fall feeling we were going for. Julie was really easy to communicate with and when there are a ton of Vendors to work with it was nice knowing I didn't have to worry about Julie doing an incredible job. Also her pricing was great and compared to what I thought we were going to have to spend on flowers was pleasantly surprised with the final number as we had 195 guests and a large bridal party. Julie was super professional and easy to work with - even from out of town. Her setup and bundling up of the flowers at our wedding was also seamless. Julie was able to work within our budget and came up with beautiful and creative arrangements based on the limited PInterest photos I showed her. I am not someone who usually pays much attention to florals, but the large arrangements she made for our ceremony were breathtaking. Julie also had lots of accessories - vases, candles, lighting, trays - to add extra polish to the venue, and we really appreciated having all of that available. One thing I will say is that flowers come in so many colors that it's a good idea to be VERY specific about the exact color palette you're trying to achieve - that is my only regret. My husband and I were very happy that we hired Julie and Bella Rugosa to do the flowers for our wedding. She was very patient as we changed our minds several times! At her suggestion, we created a pinterest board with pictures of flowers that we liked. Finally, we just gave her our budget, the colors and said - go for it! Incredible! Julie is professional, sweet, easy to work with, and of course, she is amazing at her job. My wedding looked like it fell out of a magazine. Guests described my big day as a "Hollywood Wedding", "perfect", "glam". And it was. From the start, Julie listened to my vision,. She had a checklist of things (what did my dress look like, what the bridesmaids/groomsmen would be wearing, my colors, etc) to help create the landscape of what she was going to do. Even when my colors changed a time or two, she was totally unfazed and flexible. My bouquet was GORGEOUS. I had shown Julie a Pinterest photo of what I wanted for my bouquet and she 100% nailed it. We definitely had the impression that she really cared about the vision, look and feel we were trying to achieve for our wedding day, and every suggestion/recommendation she gave us never felt like she was trying to up-sell, but truly do what was best for our design. Recently worked with Bella Rugosa for our summer wedding and couldn't be happier! When we initially looked at florists many made me feel looked down on or insignificant for having a smaller (50 person) wedding- not Julie! She is nice as could be and genuinely good at what she does. I felt like big or small, she gives every project her full attention.
