Amazing catering experiences…read more For most or our lives my wife and I have hosted very large parties while doing all the cooking ourselves. As an Italian heritage family this has been a source of pride. However over the past couple of years we have taken to trusting the team at Carmelina's to provide food for a number of events. Yesterday was the largest as we catered an engagement party for over 130 people at the Masury in Center Moriches. The food was top notch (chicken parm, eggplant rollatini, chicken franchese, meatballs and garlic knots to go with homemade lasagna and sausage). Delivery was prompt and efficient and the price was more than fair. Thank you again.

Outside- They look like just another pizza shop in a strip center - but you can see once inside they have a really good pizza maker. One who seems to have the edge over all the others out here. A few others - notable in looks/ taste - chicken parm - white - grandma vodka - etc. They stay open late but not too late - and will give you a good deal before closing. Very quick and helpful. Saw a small sit down area - no time to try dinner yet - but pizza - now a go to for a box of 6 or 7 fun variety of slices. Thats the way to go.

Hefty slices! The…read moretwo slices and a drink deal for $8 is really good considering you can get any speciality slice. I got a bacon chicken and a chicken parm slice which was definitely enough carbs for the rest of the day. I couldn't finish off my two slices and just picked at the chicken off one of my remaining slices. These slices are certainly a generous amount of food. It is supposed to be order and pickup your food at the counter but my slices were served to me at the table. Certainly can't ask for anything more for the friendly service. The decor warranted more than a glancing look, while I didn't feel I was transported to Italy, it certainly gave a warm feel to my visit.
