As an Italian heritage family this has been a source of pride. However over the past couple of years we have taken to trusting the team at Carmelina's to provide food for a number of events. Yesterday was the largest as we catered an engagement party for over 130 people at the Masury in Center Moriches. The food was top notch (chicken parm, eggplant rollatini, chicken franchese, meatballs and garlic knots to go with homemade lasagna and sausage).
