Unfortunately, I did not experience what everyone else did as far as the amazing facial nor service :( I work locally therefore called made my apt advised I would be going during my 1 hour lunch so I went ahead and booked. The day came my appt was set however had to be rescheduled due to the weather causing a power outage at the studio. The next day which I was scheduled for I arrived to my appointment 10 mins prior just in case there was paperwork to fill out. I filled out a form and waited my appointment was at 12:30 p.m. at about 12:40, Stephanie came out shook my hand and said sorry for the delay but she'd be with me in 5 mins. At about 12:55 p.m. I asked if they usually run this late, Stephanie heard and came out explaining her client who drove from far was running late. I explained I would have to reschedule as I was on my 1 hour lunch and due to the delay I was already 30 mins into the time I was scheduled for. She apologized and gave me a gift card which she said was valued at $100.00. I got a text from her apologizing and letting me know I could reschedule. This was on 12/6, I have yet to see her. I seriously felt like some sort of clinger! I felt like unless you are an established client then don't expect to get in. I text her 4x before I got a reply from her letting me know she was "trying" to squeeze me in however by the time she replied it was too late and again I moved whatever I had to in order to just finally get in there and now I have yet to hear from her again. Therefore very disappointed in the communication, I felt like my business doesn't matter. I don't plan and going there and it is unfortunate to have been treated such way, I would have preferred to be told there were just no appointments at this time. read more

I got the deep cleaning facial which was long over due and its by far one of the best facials I've had...ever. She answered all my questions and addressed all my skin concerns and issues. Her hands are magic and my skin still feels amazing. She uses only the best products and has all those cool zit killing and moisture applying futuristic gadgets I love. And the facial massage...ON POINT! Her technique is flawless! 5/5!!! Where to start... first off, Stephanie is AMAZING. Not only is she stunning (& has amazing skin) but she is so passionate about what she does. Ask her anything about skin and she'll give you an answer. She is so knowledgeable and credible when she speaks. I never realized how important pampering my skin is until I met Stephanie, now I'm in her studio every other week! I suffered with really bad acne scars, dry skin and clogged pores. My scars were so bad, I would have to wear layers of full coverage foundation to cover them up, now I simply apply one layer of lightweight foundation. My makeup has never looked better thanks to my new skin! She also waxes and has tons of skincare products to take home to continue your routine. I'm way overdue for this review. I am also disappointed that my business was not valued as much as I would have wanted. I was so happy with the facials I got. There's was one bump on the road that I felt like Stephanie no longer wanted to do business with me. I was scheduled during the week on a day that I was suppose to get off but got denied by my employer and since I always was scheduled on a Saturday (which was much appreciated) I got confused with my days. I take full accountability for that however, Stephanie came across unprofessional with the response I got when I didn't show. In my opinion, unfortunately, it's part of the business when things like this happen. Fast forward, months later, I gave her the benefit of the doubt and understood her frustration. So I called and requested another appointment. She promised to call me if a client that had not confirmed yet would cancel. Yesterday, I had the best facial with Stephanie! She took the time to evaluate my skin and asked me questions about my concerns/skin goals. She was very attentive throughout the entire facial.
