Like most Pizza Huts the buffet was a bit hit & miss there'd not be much pizza out then when a fresh batch is knocked up everyone rushes there at once. The customer service was good, they're always polite here but I always get the impression they're under staffed. Leave yourself plenty of time if you're going here before seeing a movie next door.

Also, we were some of the last guests there, kitchen had closed for orders, but boy were the chefs hard at work cleaning every shelf and glass. As if I needed another reason to like them.

The food is as always very nice for being a chain restaurant and it's absolutely worth the money. Unfortunately the service wasn't the best today. It's usually amazing with friendly waiting staff and welcoming hosts but today was clearly a disappointment. I asked to get another table with SOME privacy. When we asked to pay, we realised we had a voucher that's about to expire! The waitress pulled up with the WORST service smile of all times and it was more painful to see it than if she wouldn't have smiled at all. She got her manager who gave us the new bill, and with not a single smile or a loud thank you he walked away with our money (even though we tipped). Pizza, I went for a simple thin base cheese one with extra sweetcorn and mushrooms and double extra cheese (oh yes). They don't do olives. Actually, Sainsbury's pizza counter don't do olives either - what's with that?? Anyway, it was average - average base, average ingredients, nothing to sing or dance about.
