This is the latest Bella Italia to open in Brighton, at the newest part of the Marina that has just been built.
I had the pleasure of being invited to dinner on opening night and it was a thoroughly enjoyable evening. The layout of the restaurant is very spacious and open, with the kitchen visible. It's more colourful and brighter than the other Bella Italias I have been to.
The staff here are on point! Bubbly, attentive and chatty and definitely a credit to the chain.
I tried a few dishes from the menu including a salmon pasta dish which I didn't think I would enjoy, but it was really tasty. The thing based pizzas were enjoyable, I got to try a courgette and pea, a margarita and a meat pizza, all really tasty.
Brighton does have a lot of Italian restaurants and there is a lot of strong competition - but I would be more than happy to recommend Bella to anyone looking to go for a decent meal at the Marina. read more
