I regret ever going to this Dentist who cause me physical and emotional pain. The medicine to numb did not work for me and I could feel everything. When I told her for the 2nd time that I could feel her cutting my gums she got upset through her gloves off and sent me home with no cotton balls to at least soak the blood up after cutting my gums up. My husband drove me to the nearest Dollar General to retrieve cotton balls to help soak up the blood. So very disappointed by the treatment of this woman and she calls herself a professional. I'd rather drive hours away then ever come to this place again. I refer no one and I warn people who say they are going to visit this office. I show them the damage she did and tell them how I have now developed a fear with dental work. If I could rate zero I would!!!

Dr Nava started a treatment plan two months ago. From day one the details were blurry and she said…read moreit would take two appts. to complete the plan. On the third appt with 2 more to go she became offended when asked what was going to be done at this appt and how many more would be needed. I felt that Dr. Nava does not feel she needs to answer patients questions. She walked out of the room never to be seen again. An assistant came in 15 minutes later saying that Dr. Nava would not treat me anymore because she didn't like her patient asking about what was happening. Every time I had an appointment the plan changed with more appt's necessary. I cannot recommend Dr. Nava to anyone who needs a dentist that will discuss a detailed treatment plan with their patient.

Boone Dental Alliance is a great practice; I love Drs Thamasithiboon and Patel! Dr Boone worked on…read moremy teeth several times. He is kind, compassionate, caring, and a consumate professional. Dr Patel is also wonderful. The staff are great, too. I would have given BDA 5 stars except right now I am having problems related to the temporary crowns Dr Patel put in on 6/25/25. I am in terrible pain. I had to see another dentist to get a course of antibiotics prescribed since BDA hasn't returned my urgent calls. The practice has been closed for vacations. It is now July 4th. I am still in excruciating pain and have tried everything I know or have been told to try to deal with this infection and pain. (Aside: I have a very high pain tolerance; I often refuse the anesthetics unless it's a root canal.) I am taking high doses of acetaminophen and ibuprofen in order to deal with the pain. I am concerned about what is going on with the two upper molars that are hidden under the temporary crown. I will be expectantly awaiting a call back. I am supposed to be receiving the permanent crowns in Wednesday (which, BTW,I have fully paid for). It remains to be seen if I can wait that long!

I wasn't seen until 30 mins after my original appointment. The girl at the front desk was running around, not checking people in. The doctor came out and asked if I had been helped. He guess he thought I was his patient, not sure. Once I was brought back, he came asked me some pretty personal questions. I wasn't even his patient. Then when I went to check out, the front desk girl with a bright pink phone case was on her phone talking to someone. I asked for a note for work, she asked my name while she was still on the phone. That could be considered a HIPPA violation. The doctor and the dental assistant were very nice, and gentle.
