The one on one service was amazing. The owner, Farah (who also does the alterations) is such a great help. I found my perfect dress, she made it fit perfectly. The compliments I received were great! It was the perfect dress!! read more

This has been a seamless experience as a bridesmaid so far! They have locations all over the US which makes it ideal for brides who have bridesmaids all over the country which is exactly the situation I am currently in. You can create an online account and rank the dresses based on what you and the bride like and communicate through the portal. This is also where you will place your order! This location has a great selection, multiple fitting rooms, sitting areas and small touches like heels to wear in case you forgot to bring your own! It is by appointment only which you can schedule online through an easy form or by calling and reserving a time. The staff is super helpful and will give honest feedback on what styles fit the best and what sizes would work best for you and save you some money on alterations. This store does not do alterations and I believe this is a company wide policy. Overall, this process, store and experience has been wonderful! read more

Helpful and fun! We found lots of options and the owner made it such an easy process. We're able to send looks to a Miami location too since one of my bridesmaids lives there. Awesome! read more

This bridal boutique was so fun! We have a small bridal party and Grace was a great consultant for helping us find the perfect bridesmaid dresses. She was so incredibly genuine and nice to be around! She started out by giving us a very detailed overview of all the styles, designers, price ranges and how the colors worked. We had a great time with her and really appreciated having the space to our selves. The earlier appointment is a great option-- there was no other party in yet! The space could be small for larger parties but I didn't find this to be a problem. It was definitely nice to have a more intimate experience trying on dresses and our bride even tried her dress on for us since we had the extra time. This little detail really made our day! It is a little bit more pricey but not crazy ridiculous. You can tell the make of the dresses is nicer for the price so this isn't a complaint at all. Just something to note! Big tip! They have an awesome "online closet" system that allows the consultant to email the bride and her crew all the top picks (dresses) from the day so they can go through them again if they choose to think it over/not make a decision day of. Super idea and very convenient for if you have someone that's out of town or can't make it to the try-on day. read more

I had an awful experience with Bella Bridesmaids. Getting ahold of anyone is pretty much impossible. They rarely answer their phones and their turn around answering emails is also lengthy. I ordered two flower girls dresses on 9/22. I was told the dresses would ship immediately if they were in stock and if not, they would ship with in a month. After several weeks no communication, return phone calls or emails, a bridesmaid made the trip to the store to check the status. The door was locked (during business hours,)no one answered the knock or phone call. Completely ignored her while the associate was in the store. I finally received an email minutes after calling with no answer to let me know the dresses were in on 11/17. Basically a month later than I was quoted for, worst case scenario. read more

I ordered a Hailey Paige Occasions Bridesmaid dress in September 2020. It took over 3 months to arrive to my home. Then, I requested extra fabric to be sent to my home overnight and it's been over 2 weeks and still no fabric! Timeka the owner was not honest about how long it would take to recieve the extra fabric from the Designer. Worst experience. I had to send multiple emails to get updates on my fabric. The wedding is approaching quickly and I need extra fabric to fix my Bridesmaids dress. read more

Timeka was great! I scheduled a last second appointment (the day before) to try in a few Bridesmaid dresses and she was great. Got me in, had dresses pulled, let me look through them to see if there were anymore I was interested in, and gave me her honest opinion to get the perfect dress! Measured me and that was it! Took about 2 minutes. Very efficient and very honest. Thankful for a smooth/easy process. read more

Bella Bridesmaid literally made my wedding dreams come true! They took my vision and brought it to life. The staff and service were exceptional. They took care and time working with each of my bridesmaids even though most lived far away. They delivered as promised. I'd recommend this location to any bride. Bella Bridesmaids - In love with these dresses! Thank you Bella Bridesmaids! - Bridal Near Me - Tampa, Florida

While my three star rating may seem a tad harsh given my review, I chose this rating because I have experienced better. They were a far cry from terrible, and the two star description fit my experience best (two Yelp stars = "Meh. I've experienced better."), but I didn't feel like a two star rating was justified, so I bumped it up to three. I recently purchased an Alfred Sung bridesmaid dress from this Bella Bridesmaids location for an upcoming wedding I am a part of. While I have not visited this store in person, I have communicated with them over the phone and via email. I am quite impressed with their customer service - both girls that spoke with (different occasions/different reasons) were very friendly and helpful. I have nothing negative to say here, as my limited experience proved to be a positive one. Where my opinion of this business took a downturn was when the dresses arrived. First, the dresses were not delivered steamed, but rather wrinkled and disheveled. Clearly they had been taken straight out of the box. It is possible that they have a legitimate reason for not steaming (assuming it will need to be altered, etc), however, I do expect a little more care from a boutique such as this, especially when the dresses are in the $200+ price range. It was just a surprise to me, and seemed sloppy. Second, they placed an order for the wrong dress of our sweet little junior bridesmaid. While they do make customers 'sign off' on an order, which the bride did, they could have been more conscientious and careful when the initial order was made AT the store. A bride has a billion things on her mind and on her plate - I can't blame a bride completely (no matter who it is) for not noticing the error. As this was the brides experience and not my own, I will keep my comments to a minimum here. Also, because of their hours and their commitment to quality customer service for in-person shoppers, they are not always easy to get a hold of on the phone. TL;DR: I like Bella Bridesmaids, but I do not LOVE them. read more

We had an amazing experience at this bridesmaid salon. Tamika met our party on a day the store was not scheduled to be open. She had rose waiting On ice! We had a very specific look in mind- Tamika pulled over 30 dresses for us to look at. The night ended with a scrumptious late night dinner recommendation. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for bridesmaid dresses. Thank you again, Tamika! read more

pretty dresses but poorly made. Received my $275 dress plus $25 shipping (which they sent to the wrong address despite the fact that I emailed them and told them my new one and received an email confirming they changed the address....) and it's missing an eye hook and the zipper sticks. You'd think you'd get something with better construction after paying so much. Dress did finally arrive at the correct address and staff seemed apologetic. Still not impressed with the dress or service. read more

Unfortunately, I had 4 of my 8 bridesmaids get their dress here. HUGE mistake! All four of them were very much dissatisfied. You CANNOT get ahold of them via phone. They never responded via email, until I sent one stating how upset we were with the lack of communication after we ordered and paid for our dresses. We were a couple minutes early to our first apt, so we figured it would be ok to browse. She was CLEARLY not happy about that. The dresses took 4 months to come in, and I had to ask if they were finally in several times. Also, they lost payment of one of the bridesmaids. She had to prove her credit card statement that money was withdrawn while she was out of town training for her new job. Stressful. She measured that same bridesmaid TWO sizes too big. Dress was about $260, then cost $350 to get the dress altered. Absolutely ridiculous. When we emailed her about it, she blamed me and said, "the bride asked for you to go up a size for your breasts?" Ummm... I was with that bridesmaid that day, and no such words came out of my mouth. Why would I not want her to have the size she should have been measured???? We simply said, we loves the cut of this dress, because it covered more. The bridesmaid cc'ed me on that email, and we confronted her. The best part is, she never responded to me... assuming she was embarrassed. We spent a lot of money there. Take action for your mistake, and fix it. Not the stress anyone needs before a wedding. We HIGHLY do not recommend. read more

We scheduled our appointment over a month ago for 11:00am. Confirmed the appointment a week ago for today. We arrived at 10:45am. We stood outside for 15 minutes and no one showed up to open the store. A gentleman walked by and wished us luck, mentioned this was not the first time he saw this happen. When we were about to leave someone finally showed up and said a Stylist was supposed to be here. They didn't not have a very big selection. But the lady that help us was nice and helpful. read more

Bella Bridesmaids has given my bridesmaids a wide selection of designer gowns with color options that could match any wedding arrangement. The gowns are beautiful and unique. The online ordering is seamless. One of their wedding gown lines had an elegance that matched my esthetic perfectly and I can't wait to wear my new Saja wedding gown!!! The experience was amazing and I couldn't have asked for better. Thank you to the owner, Molly, who spent her afternoon helping us. I would recommend Bella Bridesmaids to anyone. read more

I had the pleasure of working with Molly and her staff to order my Amsale bridesmaid dresses. I was worried that I would never be able to find the dress I was looking for because I was looking for a very specific color and style. I also had 11 bridesmaids so finding something that looked good on everyone was a task in itself. Bella was extremely knowledgable and professional. The staff helped me to find the perfect color and a gorgeous chiffon Amsale that complimented everyone. They were organized in keeping track of all 11 women and their sizes. Once I picked it out, I basically had nothing to do because they took the reigns from there, something every bride will appreciate in such a hectic planning time. I would absolutely recommend Bella Bridesmaid to anyone looking for dresses. There is not a better selection anywhere and I very much appreciated the customer service and experience. read more

We got my bridal party's bridesmaid dresses here and had a great experience! My bridal party was all shapes and sizes and the owner and the staff worked really hard to make sure that we got something that pleased everyone (which is no small feat!). I was pretty high maintenance and went multiple times to try on different dresses for the girls because I could not make up my mind. Everyone looked gorgeous at the wedding so thank you Bella Bridesmaides!!! read more

This. Place. Is. The. Worst. If I could give less than 1 star, I gladly would. The number would be somewhere around negative 37. I had the distinct displeasure of working with this particular Bella for a wedding I'm in this Spring. First of all, the false sense of urgency this store creates with its brides is absurd. At a minimum, each time I was forced to interact with this group of people, not at all inclined to a level of very basic customer service, I would roll my eyes. Are they aware that many of these dresses are available from Nordstrom and Anthropologie for a whole lot less? It doesn't seem they care that people have options, that there actually is competition in the marketplace. Anyhow, once the bride decides on something, they force you to order within a week, not taking into consideration the fact that some of us don't live in the market and the Bella we have at our disposal, in NY for example, only accepts appointments two days each week, is often booked well in advance and the limited hours might not work for someone with things like a job and a life. They claim the reason for the mandated, manic ordering is that the dresses are custom cut. Pray tell then, Bella Bullsh*tters, why, after putting down measurements a full two inches shorter than my actual height, I had to get half a foot cut off of the 4-layered dress! The smoldering cherry on top of this dumpster fire of an operation is that if you can't pick up the dress in their store (I live in NY, they were ordered in Tampa, so yeah, that doesn't work for me) is you get to pay $20 for FedEx 2-day air. It took 5 days. When I brought up concerns over email, no one bothered to email me back. If I had more time in my day, I would fly down there and light a flaming bag of human feces at their door. That MIGHT make this all seem hardly tolerable. read more

I gave it two star because Tina was very sweet and helpful. Unfortunately I cannot say that about the other staff member I spoke with. I hope a manager reads this and sees they need to do better job of training their staff when talking to potential clients. I am in two weddings and one of them is ordering from Bella Bridesmaid in Orlando since thats where she is. Btw they are amazing. My other wedding the bride does not care where we order from so i called Bella in Tampa since I live here to see about ordering through them. Tina was very sweet and gave me information but I asked her about getting a discount since I'm ordering from Bella in Orlando. She was not sure but said she would find out and call me back. The girl who called back the following day(not Tina) was so rude. And I actually spoke with her before when I wanted to see about trying on dresses for the first wedding and was also unpleasant then. I understand the stores are separate but that does not give you the right to be rude. That's a whole other story! Anyway, she started by saying "so do you need a fitting or trying on or what?". And as I tried to explain Tina was just seeing if I could get a discount she jumped the gun and said "well if you have already said your buying from orlando we're not going to take that order because it would be unethical". Who says that?! Firstly she didn't understand what I just said. Secondly, she was acting like I was pushing her to give me better deal and I would buy from them, which is not what I was doing at all! I explained again the conversation I had with Tina and she said "I know I was apart of the conversation". If that were the case why did she call asking about a fitting?!? Then she followed that by "well what discount do you want, what were you looking for? Like how much off do you want? What type of discount were you expecting?" People this is not an exaggeration! I was shocked to the point of not being able to speak. I was done and said I wasn't interested in purchasing a dress from them based off this conversion. I think at that point she may have understood I was offended by how she was talking to me and was all "Ok! Let us know if we can help you with anything, were here!!" Yeah, no thank you! The funny thing is that even if there were no discount I would have still ordered from them. It was just a simple question. She could have said "yes we give discounts for blahblahah but in this case we can't because you're ordering your first dress from a separate Bella that is not affiliated with ours". Boom done. Calling Olgas. read more

I was very optimistic in coming here that there would be a great selection of bridesmaid dresses that maybe did not look like "bridesmaid dresses". But alas, they all are similar stereotypical dresses that you can only wear once to this one wedding and then you discard them in the ever-growing pile of ugly bridesmaid dresses. I realize this is largely thought of to be the point of bridesmaid dresses - to make the bride look better in her dress, but I wish someone would change this... Anyways, the lady who helped us at Bella was very nice. I have no complaints about the service. I just have complaints about the selection and the prices. Everything that was $300 and up. For a dress you will wear once. Admittedly, the dresses seemed much better quality than your David's Bridal dresses, but you're only going to wear the dress once? You don't need that high of durability for a dress you're going to wear once. read more

The only positive thing I have to say about this place is thank god this experience is over. I nor my friends will be going back. For my sisters wedding we ordered our bridesmaids dress from Bella's. We ordered 5 of them, all the same style just in different sizes. Only 2 of the dresses fit. The sizes between the store and my manufacturer were done incorrectly. Due to these issues the dresses showed up a week before the wedding. Bellas told us they would keep us updated on the dresses. Instead they ignored our emails and calls. It was so bad they started screening our calls and wouldn't answer the phone. They told the mother of the bride that calling 6 times a day wouldn't make the dresses get there any faster. We completely understand this, but if they had just picked up the phone one of the times she's called and told her that she would have probably stopped calling. This didn't just happen to the mother of the bride but also two of the bridesmaids well. Two of the bridesmaids dresses were told Bella's would pay for alterations and a refund for the skirts. We are still waiting on this. Still waiting for them to return our calls. We told our wedding planner and every wedding planner we know to not recommend them. If you don't want any additional stress on your wedding day don't pick Bella's. read more

Long story short - I was ready to create a Yelp account for the sole purpose of giving Bella Bridesmaids one star but instead I created one to give them five. When I went to the seamstress to get my dress hemmed, the seamstress noticed that the color had been lifted from the bottom of the dress on the back (it looks like there was a stain on the dress and someone attempted to remove it). Unfortunately, both Joanna August and Bella Bridesmaid missed this during their QC checks. I immediately emailed the pictures to Molly at BB and we had a conversation regarding the contract I had signed (which stated that I was responsible for performing my own QC check on the dress within 14 days of receiving it). I tried the dress on within those 14 days, but did not check the back. To say that I was upset would be an understatement. Molly explained to me that she would be reaching out to Joanna August directly to address the situation. And she did just that. Although the dress I wear to my sister's wedding will have the spot with the lifted color on it, BB and Joanna August have taken it upon themselves to send me a brand new dress in 14 weeks. For anyone who has seen Joanna August dresses, they are the epitome of bridesmaid dresses that you will want to wear again and again. And I'm happy to say that I'll be able to now! There are a few takeaways here: although we are typically dependent on the designer and the boutique to perform QC checks of the dress before it goes out, it is still important to do a proper inspection in addition to making sure the dress fits. The other takeaway is that "stuff" happens, and Molly at BB will do everything in her power to remedy that "stuff". Thank you to Molly and Joanna August! read more

I didn't have a good experience at this store. I needed some measurements for a bridesmaid dress for a wedding I'm in in another state. I went there on a Saturday morning to get some quick measurements done. There was one bride in there with her family trying dresses on. It took almost 5 minutes for one of the three employees to approach me. When I told her what I needed, she said she couldn't help me because I didn't have an appointment. I decided to try Olga's on Dale Mabry and the service was fabulous. When I walked in, the store was PACKED. A lady came right up to me, took my measurements, showed me the dress I would be wearing and let me know if I needed alterations, they could help. So Olga's is the way to go. Friendly and fast service! read more

Best non dramatic bridemaid fitting ever. After going to David's Bridal for other friends this store blows them away with quickness and costumer service. My bride told me the dress she wanted and i called and scheduled an appointment. When i walked in the super friendly employee had my dress waiting for me to try on! Took only 10 minutes for me, i was the only one in the store but still...time is precious when you are 3 maids of honor in the same year! Thanks Bella's, i will keep you in mind for myself in the future :) read more

I called and made an appointment to check out dresses. They have a pretty good selection of dresses to choose from and a variety of colors. They have books of swatches to look at and are very helpful and patient with input. I purchased my 9 bridesmaid dress and 2 junior bridesmaid dresses from this boutique. The designer was Bill Levkoff 165 and the color was teal. They were $180 a dress plus tax and shipping. The junior bridesmaid dresses were slighty higher. I thought this was a very reasonable price. It was easy for everyone to order online since all of my bridesmaids live out of state. The dresses were delivered on time. The junior bridesmaid dresses had tears on the seams of the dresses but this wasn't the fault of the boutique. Overall I am very happy with my decision to use Bella Bridesmaid and I would recommend them. read more

I have been in multiple weddings where the bride chose dresses from Bella Tampa. I have always gotten a great product with the dresses being well made and the right size. If there's ever been a question of what size I should order the staff has been super helpful and given great advice to make sure I got the best option. I don't live in Tampa, but they've made ordering easy and the dresses have arrived on time and ready to go. I love when friends opt to get dresses from here, it makes being in the wedding party so easy and stress free-plus they carry a great selection and I have worn my dresses more than once because they're so cute. When I was planning my wedding the first place I went to for bridesmaids dresses was Bella Bridesmaids Tampa. I had an amazing experience. They were super helpful in helping me pick out my Lula Kate dresses for my bridesmaids. I also had a bridesmaid that had recently found out she was pregnant (and she would still be pregnant at my wedding) so they would with her closely to insure she was ordering the right size. When the dresses cam we had no issues with fit or style for any of them. My bridesmaids loved their experience as well and I think a couple of them have worn their dresses to other weddings. I loved my experience so much that I ordered dresses for my rehearsal dinner, bridesmaids luncheon and a dress to change into at the reception from there. I loved all of these dresses (2 of them being Lula Kate and 1 Amsale). I definitely refer all of my friends to Bella Bridesmaids because they will not be disappointed. read more

Horrible experience. The staff was under educated on designers and styles. 6 of us traveled there from Wisconsin and all over Florida. The Maid of Honor had weeks prior and day before personally called to confirm the dresses we liked were pulled from the inventory and awaiting our arrival for fitting, but when we arrived they asked what we were looking for and said they had no idea who the MOH talked to. They were very rude and ordered us to sit down because we were not allowed to look through the dress racks on the floor. They started us 25 minutes late after telling us the appointment was a strict 1.5hr length only, and did not accommodate us by extending it due to their lack of competency. They were argumentative and unprofessional when we asked questions. Namely Justine, she was less than hospitable or friendly. So, we bought our $1,500 worth of dresses online through the designer website and it was CHEAPER than at Bella. So dissapointed with that store. read more

I am a bride working with another Bella store in Florida and recently sent one of my bridesmaids to this store to try on a dress. I had spoken with the manager about a week before my bridesmaid's appointment to clear up a miscommunication (my bridesmaid called to make a fitting appt and was told she would have to pay $20 but did not know that the fee would be waived because I was working with a different store--which, by the way, I was told when I called personally, "well, it seemed like your friend really didn't know what was going on, so she probably didn't understand"...umm, really?) and to ask that she make a note and have some other dresses for my friend to try on in addition to the one that I had chosen for her. Not only did my bridesmaid receive rude and disrespectful service over the phone, but when she went in for her appointment, the associate that was helping her had no idea how to put the dress on her properly. She asked my friend to pull up a picture or YouTube video on the dress so she could "try to tie it up for her"... it's not that difficult. In fact, it made my friend worried that she would not be able to put on the $300+ dress herself on my wedding day. Also, there were no other dresses ready for her to try on...my ONLY request when I spoke with them days before. The reason that I have such a problem with these things is because my other bridesmaids and I had the COMPLETE opposite experience at our local Bella store. Each of my girls were made to feel incredibly special. The associate helping us showed them many different options, was incredibly knowledgeable on the dress that I had chosen for them and made sure that we walked out of the store happy and satisfied that we were making the right decision. I have told my Tampa bridesmaid that I do not expect her to ever step foot in that store again and I truly hope, for her sake, that she doesn't. Very dissatisfied with the experience! read more

I never even got to make it into the store. I booked an appointment a month and a half in advance because both me and my bridesmaids are all super busy and was called right before they closed the Thursday before my Saturday appointment and left a message saying that one of their girls had a family emergency and they wanted to know if they could shorten my appointment and move it to a different time in the day. I am normally a very understanding and accommodating person, but me and my girls have very busy schedules and this was the only time for months that I could get us all together at once. I called them back as soon as they opened the next day and the girl answering didn't really know what was going on, and told me that they had already changed my appointment without my okay. I told her I wanted a manager to call me back, which took almost 4 hours. When I spoke to the manager she was very rude and made it seem like I was the horrible person for not being able to be flexible. I told her to cancel my appointment and that I would take my business elsewhere. Thankfully another bridal shop with a similar bridesmaid dress I was looking for was willing to take us in on short notice. read more
