They provide and stock a good amount of more tasteful, high designer bridesmaid options. I really appreciate Adrianna Papell makes a nice bridesmaid dress. Her rose gold color is a high quality shimmer. The staff work well with clients to help find the correct dress which looks good on them. I wish people valued and acknowledged her bridesmaid dresses. I wish to consider a different bridesmaid dress designer. read more

Eh. Sadly I was very disappointed by my experience here. Maybe my expectations were high from all the wonderful things I'd heard and I was on this mission on finding the perfect bridesmaids dresses. Before you even go to the store, there is a consultation-type phone call & questionnaire about what you are looking for, colors, venue, what's available in the store, when the wedding is etc... because of this I expected to have a great appointment---everything seemed so prepared! From the moment I walked in, it was awkward. No greeting, so I'm just wandering around front of house. When a lady does come up she doesn't know ANYTHING about my appointment, what I'm looking for...etc. In my head I'm thinking, "why did I do that entire phone consultation and survey thingy??" She was so energy draining. Not very friendly or personable. Didn't ask me anything excpet "what about this?" "Or this?" "Or this?"....Pulling dresses that were no where close to what I liked and kind having this "oh well" attitude when we didn't find anything.... So sincerely I thanked her and left kind of bummed out :( Weirdly, I get this card thanking me for coming that said "I had so much fun helping you find bridesmaids dresses for you!" REALLY? DID YOU HAVE FUN? lol we barely talked and you didn't even care to read the info before I came to the store----- like if it was a great experience, the card would have been a nice touch, but this made the whole thing seem fake and disingenuous. Their system/technology is great (they have great options for out of towners) but man the customer service is a bummer. read more

This is my go to place for anything bridal. I got my bridesmaids dresses from here and they looked absolutely AMAZING! I went here today to find a bridesmaids dress for my sisters wedding. This was THE BEST experience I have ever had at a bridesmaids shop. They were so friendly and courteous and the customer service is beyond impeccable. I recommend anybody looking for a bridesmaid dress to please stop by and see them. It will be worth it. read more

We used Bella Bridesmaids for our wedding in November 2019. From the beginning the experience was wonderful and the staff friendly and knowledgeable. Their stylist was able to help us find the perfect dress to complement each of my beautiful bridesmaids and stay within my preferred price range. The dresses arrived in plenty of time and looked perfect! I would recommend Bella Bridesmaids in San Marco to anyone looking for a great dress. read more

I am so grateful I chose Bella Bridesmaids Jacksonville to shop for my bridesmaid's dresses. I walked in only certain about the color I wanted, with no clue about which fabric/style etc. The stylist that helped me had a great strategy that led me to quickly narrow down my selection, on top of that, they even worked with my wedding dress retailer (White Magnolia) to bring the dress in so I could be sure of how I felt about the fabrics together. My bridesmaids not only looked beautiful, but felt beautiful. I highly recommend Bella Bridesmaids to any bride! read more

After spending some time focusing on the bride, it was time for all of her maids to join in the fun. We hopped, skipped, and jumped our way down to Bella Bridesmaids after spending some time at White Magnolia. The bride knew what she had in mind and the girl (I forgot her name - gasp!) was able to point us in the right direction. We picked one bridesmaid to be the guinea pig for the first round of eliminations so we could narrow down the dress selection. After we got it down to a small handful, we started trying on the samples to figure out what we would like best. For this group (nine of us in total) it's not exactly possible to pick one dress. We have a couple...ummm...amply blessed (?) maids and several that can put on anything. We did pick a designer, so we know the fabric will be the same. And we've narrowed it down to two shades of grey (not 50) so now it's just a matter of making final decisions, but we've still got some time. read more

When looking for unique, but classy gowns for my bridesmaids, I was referred to Bella Bridesmaids in Jacksonville. With all of my bridesmaids being out of state, I was worried that this boutique would not work due to the girls' need to be present. I was (thankfully) wrong. I had two of my bridesmaids in town this summer and we decided to make an appointment to check out Bella Bridesmaids. Upon us walking through the door, we were greeted with utter excitement from the employees and amazed by the large selection of gowns. We ventured throughout all of their gowns and found a variety that would best fit and accommodate the different sizes and shapes of my bridesmaids. The process was super easy and very professional. My BMs that we're present were able to get measured on the spot and my other BMs just had to provide their measurements through an online portal made only for my bridal party. The girls were able to upload their measurements and make payments via this on stop shop online portal. When the gowns arrived, the BMs were amazed by the comfort of the fabric and the (almost) perfect fittings. All of the BMs had little to no alterations needed for the gowns (mainly length needed hemmed, I have short friends). Overall, the color, styles, sizes, materials were perfect for my special day. All of my BMs felt beautiful in their gowns and even mentioned, "I'm going to wear this thing again!" which is a major compliment as many bridesmaids never wear their dresses again! If you're looking for a boutique that specializes in unique, stylish bridesmaids dresses that are not your standard David's Bridal dress, check out Bella Bridesmaids. These dresses will complement your elegance as a bride, along with making your BMs feel comfortable and beautiful! PS, There are multiple locations throughout the nation! read more

The dresses at this store were beautiful and at an excellent price. However, the employees at the store were extremely rude. They did not even allow customers to try on dresses in the store. They also tried very hard to rush customers out of the door, and would only allow you to pay with cash. Although the dresses were very nice, the overall experience at this store was a negative one and I would not recommend it. read more

Very easy experience getting measured and trying on dresses during the appointment. And the dress is actually really pretty too.

Ashley is the best!!! Our bride decided to order all of our bridesmaid dresses from here (the gorgeous Jenny Yoo Annabelle dress). We ordered several months ahead and we got them 2 weeks ahead of schedule. Ashley was patient with all of our questions and worked with me specifically when I ordered the wrong size and needed alterations. They don't do any alterations there, but I live in South Florida and she got me in contact with someone at the West Palm Beach store to get an tailor recommendation. She also offered to order extra fabric for me. She really went out of her way to make sure I was able to figure out my issues and I really appreciate that. She really didn't have any obligation to me after finalizing the sale and my receiving the dress. Never once did she make me feel like an idiot for not listening to her when I ordered my dress a little too small. Next time I know to trust her judgment and not my own! I highly recommend Ashley and her team! read more

Apparently, this has been sitting in draft status for three years! I have worked with Ashley at Bella Bridesmaid twice--once as a bridesmaid and now as a bride myself and let me tell you, she and her store are FABULOUS! I don't even know why I looked for dresses for my girls anywhere else! Two of my bridesmaids and I spent a day running all over town looking at every bridal shop in Jacksonville and it was just sad how every other store had their bridesmaids dresses tucked away in a crowded corner in the back of the store. If that wasn't bad enough, it was difficult to get the staff's attention since the store was overrun with dozens of brides and bridesmaids also searching for their perfect dresses. Bella Bridesmaid was our last stop of the day and the experience was a complete 180. We loved that we were the only party in the store during our appointment and that the dresses were showcased beautifully, organized by style and color making it easy to immediately spot our favorites. There wasn't a question we had that Ashley didn't have the answer to--she even knew style numbers and available colors off the top of her head! She did a wonderful job helping our party select a collection of dresses that will highlight each girl's individual style and she is fantastic about staying in constant communication--anytime I email her a question she responds right away! read more

I'm in love with this shop! Ashley has done an amazing job with the layout and the hiring of the consultants! I worked with Hannah twice and she is spectacular! So sweet and knowledgeable! Thanks again Hannah for the fun picking out my MOH dress! read more

Ashley has gone above and beyond to help my bridesmaids and I. All of the our stress were completely eased trying finding the perfect dress. This store has everything a bride[smaid] could ever ask for! That is, if you are a classy bride and a somewhat well-off bride, or a bride who has somewhat well-off bridesmaids. It is definitely a little expensive, but the dress choices for bridesmaids are classy, unique, and STYLISH. You will not find the hideous bridesmaids dresses of 27 Dresses infamy. You can even go there just to find a nice dress for another occasion [prom, a ball, a gala. etc]. They don't ask you for your bridesmaid ID card when you enter. In fact, my cousin [a bride] recommended I buy my dress there just to attend her wedding, not to be in it.They have really cute clothes. If you are getting hitched and you want your bridesmaids to love you, then I suggest looking here for their ensembles. They will be grateful and will look stunning standing next to you on your big day. read more

What is more rewarding (cough - EXHAUSTING) than being a bridesmaid? Being a Maid Of Honor, of course! When my best friend of 25 years decided to tie the knot, I was honored and a little scared at the thought of being the big MOH. After the initial fun, shiny dreams of bachelorette parties and penis hats, reality set in and I realized I was going to have to do some work. After deciding on the most gorgeous Amsale dresses we'd ever seen, I had to find a store that carried them locally. Enter Bella Bridesmaid. With one bridesmaid in New Smyrna and the other in San Diego, I was the dress guinea pig. I made an appointment (required) and showed up at Bella with a strapless bra and a camera; ready to try on every single Amsale dress they had. Well, they had them all, so I was there for about an hour. The girl who helped me, Ashley, was so sweet, patient, and helpful. She zipped up my dresses, pinned the big ones so they'd look right and offered to take pictures. It was actually a lot of fun! Once all the chickadees saw the pictures, we all agreed on one dress and began the task of ordering them. Again, Bella Bridesmaid made this a breeze. The owner, Ashley English (different Ashley from the girl who helped me before), pretty much took care of everything. She kept a constant e-mail loop going between herself, the bridesmaids, and the bride, and made sure everyone knew exactly what they were getting and when. All we had to do was measure ourselves! The dresses arrived well in time for any alterations before the wedding and they were absolutely beautiful! Bella Bridesmaid is the place to go for all things wedding, especially if you're feeling like a deer-in-headlights MOH. Thanks to Ashley and crew, I spent WAY more time planning embarrassing bachelorette penis shenanigans than I did fretting over bridesmaid dresses. Always a good thing. read more

Great experience!! I love the fact they carry great designer collections, work with your budget, and spend time with you only making one appt at a time in the boutique!! I had a horrible experience at another bridal boutique looking for BM dresses by the beaches and decided to go to Bella Bridesmaids in the end. The owner and staff are great at Bella! They're attentive and have a great and easy process in ordering dresses. I was amazed and happy esp since I was furious from the other BM store I went to prior to going to Bella BM! I have a long while to get the dresses done since my wedding is not until Oct 2013, but I can already tell that BellaBM will continue with their great service. I'm excited to work with them, ESP since majority of my BMs are out of towers! I love this place and recommend it to any bride looking for beautiful a am dresses for their girls, who want attentive customer service, and want a relaxed and no pressure environment! read more

Ashley and Bella Bridesmaid is amazing. I was a bridesmaid recently in my best friends wedding. The experience of trying on all the amazing dresses in the store was so fun and memorable. I had a really great experience at Bella Bridesmaid working with Lacey. She was so knowledgeable about all of the dresses and had some really great recommendations. Bella Bridesmaids had a huge selection of amazing dresses at a variety of price ranges, which was very nice to see. It was such a fun experience finding the perfect dress. Once you make an appointment, your party and the consultant are the only ones in the store so there are no distractions and the focus is solely on finding the dress, which was really helpful. The store is set up beautifully and the dresses are all organized by designer and color coordinated, making it easy to narrow down which ones are your favorite. They are more than happy to let you try on as many dresses as you like and take the time to fit you into them. Once you find the right dress they walk you through the ordering process, and make everything very easy so it's one less thing to worry about! I would recommend Bella Bridesmaid to any bride. The experience was so fun and stress free, just as it should be! read more

Absolutely love this boutique! They have a large selection of gowns in all different colors and styles and had no problem accommodating the different sizes and shapes of the wedding party. The owner Hannah was attentive and very educated about all of the designers and the dresses fit and sizing which made the overall ordering process so simple. Our group consisted of mostly out of towners and she was able to walk each of us through our measurements over the phone which made for a seamless ordering process. I would 100 percent recommend Bella Jax for any bride or their maids! read more

My bridesmaids and I had an appointment for over a month with Bella. We arrived and I explained to the "consultant" our needs. Five bridesmaids, just need same color and all of them could choose their style. But my bridesmaids range is sizes 6-18. The "consultant" was not any help (did not tell me her name), was short with us, and did not offer any suggestions as to how all of my bridesmaids could try on their size. I (the bride) did arrive 10 min late but I called to inform them. The consultant said our appointment was only until 11:00 which I did not realize we were limited to that short of time. She said "well we emailed you and called you." I replied, "correct, and I also called you back twice to confirm my appointment but was not informed it was only 1 hour with five girls." After that she only showed us one dress that we asked to see and then went to the back. She did not thank us for coming in nor did she apologize for the appointment not working. I had to thank her on our way out. When you're spending hundreds of dollars on dresses, you need White glove service, and it was not provided here at all. Maybe it was this particular consultant, as she seemed like she did not want to be there and was annoyed with us. Pretty dress but bad customer service. read more

As a bride-to-be, I had a great experience with Bella Bridesmaid Jacksonville and Ashley (the store's owner). I had 5 maids with me and Ashley was very patient and willing to let them try on tons of styles. Speaking of style, Ashley herself has great taste. Because of that I completely trusted her opinion and felt she was always very honest with me. She was incredibly helpful and responsive (something I have been disappointed with as a whole with other planning aspects). The dresses are on the higher end of price but they are worth it! The quality and selection (not to mention great shopping experience) are something your maids will thank you for. There are TONS of dresses along the same price range as Jcrew. Some might even be less. I did different styles of Amsale dresses and can honestly say the girls are actually HAPPY about their dresses and feel very pretty in them. Ashley was GREAT about helping me stay on budget from the beginning when picking styles. I never felt pressured or "upsold." I'd recommend Ashley and Bella Bridesmaid to anyone. She rocks! read more

Don't waste your time going anywhere else.. Bella Bridesmaid is no more expensive than other "mad houses" and I'm sure you know what I'm talking about! It has been an amazing experience and the bride and I have been stunned with the amazing service Ashley has given us. My dress didn't fit, wedding is less than a month away and Ashley had additional fabric delivered in TWO DAYS. We have time to get the dress fixed and I can't imagine that anyone else would have been able to pull this off and get it fixed the way Ashley has. Thanks to Bella Bridesmaid (Ashley) for such amazing client service!!! Elicia read more

I haven't gotten my dress in yet, and I'll update once I do. But I had a wonderful experience at Bella yesterday and wanted to make sure they got credit for what they do. I am a groomslady living far from the rest of the wedding party, so I was given colors and told to pick something out that I liked. I'd been to a couple of bridal shops and felt mostly ignored, as they'll only get a single bridesmaid dress sale from me instead of a whole bridal party plus a wedding dress. At Bella, everything was different. I'd left the thing a little late and was cutting it close on the timeline, and the other shops all wanted me to pay a rush fee (even though I was still over 4 months out). Lacey at Bella was careful to work with my price point, whether that was with rush fees or without. She found me a dress that would ship in time without rush fees and was well under my price point. She also had great suggestions for style and color, and, as I was the only person in the shop (by appointment only), I never felt rushed or neglected. And the selection was fantastic, all housed in an adorable shop. Bella is the place to go for bridesmaid, prom, or just beautiful dresses. If you're a bride, buy your dress at a bridal shop and go here for your bridesmaid dresses. read more

I had a bridesmaid visiting from out of town over the weekend and we decided to visit Bella Bridesmaid to start to look at dresses for my wedding next year. I'm soooo glad we found this little hidden gem in San Marco!!! There were so many options of dresses in different styles, colors, fabrics etc. All the dresses were of great quality and looked very expensive with reasonable prices. Lacey was our consultant and she was great! She let us pick out the dresses we liked first, then suggested and pulled some dresses she thought we would like at the end of the appt. She was very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend her :) We will definitely be returning to get the bridesmaids dresses for my wedding! They were all so cute the hardest part will be deciding! read more

I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience with Ashley at Bella Bridesmaid. She was very patient when we were picking out the dresses, extremely organized, efficient and flexible with the orders and as sweet as could be through the whole process. I love Bella Bridesmaids. I have worked with Ashley as a bridesmaid several times and now as a bride. I just ordered a single bridesmaid dress from Bella Bridesmaid in Jacksonville and Ashley was extremely helpful. I couldn't have asked for better customer service! read more

I am so glad that I went to Bella Bridesmaid! They have a fantastic selection of dresses. The store is very well organized and inviting, which made the process of shopping for my bridesmaids dresses easy and enjoyable. I cannot say enough about how great Ashley is. She is so nice and is extremely helpful. I decided to have my each of my bridesmaids choose a different style of dress to wear for my wedding. It seems like it would be a difficult task to coordinate 6 bridesmaids who all live out of state and who are all going to be wearing different dresses. Ashley, however, made this process seem like a breeze. She advised me on which styles look best on certain body types, sent my bridesmaids all of the information that they needed to select and order their dresses, and kept in touch with all of us throughout the entire ordering process to make sure everyone was on the same page. Whenever any of us emailed her with a question, she was always very prompt in sending a reply. She is simply amazing at what she does! I highly recommend working with Ashley at Bella Bridesmaid.
