I find a lot of extra items that I cannot find on the website. I have fun finding different items that I saw online. There are also lots of these items are not available at the online store and they are available at even a bigger discount because they are items that may be going out of season. I have fun shopping here and it adds a lot of motivation to shop at the mall, because I know that I will walk away with great values. The staff is attentive and personable which really helps make it more enjoyable to look them all the nooks and crannies throughout the venue. God bless these local heroes for their service, value, and commitment to our community.

We went to The Avenues and Town Center in the rain. My husband snagged 17 shirts and a sweater. I found a real leather jacket for $45 and a few tops (my sister gave me a gift card) but didn't need shoes or purses which were being snatched up like bottled water before Irma. I waited until today for my Lancome.

I understand the policy that the owners would rather help the customer in trying on the formal gowns because some of them are quite difficult and challenging to put on. My daughter tried a few gowns. The owner was not pushy at all, and in fact, she is so sweet and understanding of what a customer wants. I just don't understand some of the bad reviews here because the owner just struck me as the nicest and one of the most patient salesperson I've dealt with. She was very helpful and supportive to my teenage daughter. We didn't feel rushed. By the way, we also went to the gowns store across the hallway which was a complete opposite of Clelia's (that store across the hallway was so pushy and we felt rushed). Would definitely get our formal dresses thru Clelias from now on. Just very good customer service and the dresses/gowns are also beautiful and reasonably priced.

I found a beautiful dress within budget, that even if it was too large/too small i would make alterations at home. I walked up to one of the sales associates who didn't even bother to say anything to me when i walked up and asked to try to dress on. She proceeds to lead me to the dressing room when another woman basically stops me and asks what the size of the dress is, i tell her "10 i think!" (it was actually a size 12 the tag was marked wrong) This woman. Then proceeds to look me up and down and goes "it'll be too small but i guess you can still try it on" Immediately i knew i wouldn't be purchasing anything from them, but i tried the dress on anyways to see if i liked the style and cut so i could purchase it somewhere else. Which i did! it was an amazing dress i'll just find the same one elsewhere for sure. But as im walking out from trying it on, the lady walks up and goes " awe didn't fit huh?" never in my life have i been treated this way at a store. I am not plus sized im a medium/large in most stores, but clearly that is considered plus size to them. I highly recommend NOT going to this store. The customer service is awful. (And everything is over priced anyways)

The reason I've never shopped here is from the outside, it seem like a boutique to me which usually means that the prices will be high. We went in and I believe we were greeted but that was pretty much our only interaction with the staff before cashing out. There were teenagers working and they seem to be busy chatting away with a customer who appeared to be a friend. We continued to browse on our own and I was presently surprised to see how affordable the prices were. Towards the back was a rack with clearance apparel. Average price was around $20. I ended getting a romper, long sleeve shirt, and dress for $48 which wasn't too bad considering I purchased 2 items at Forever 21 for the same amnt. The teen staff were friendly once we cashed out. The one thing I didn't like was their return policy (see tip) which I wasn't made aware of until I looked at my receipt. In summary, The Copper Closet is an affordable boutique according to their website and I would agree on that statement, however I wished they had a better return policy.

The associate suggested to try them on because it's different materials used than years ago. So I took a chance and tried them on. I actually really liked them and it fitted just right. Not too tight and not too loose. I can't breathe thank goodness from all the eating I've done for yelp. Lol. They had a promo going on for the jeans. Buy 1 get 1 free with a free beanie. It was really nice and glad I bought them. Most likely to come back and shop some more!

When I first tried on my wedding dress at the boutique, it sat on me differently bc it was clipped up so when it was fit to my size, the open back I loved initially didn't look the way it did when I tried it on. Daniel helped me get that vision back and made my dress exactly what I wanted! He also did my bustle and it was so easy for my bridesmaids to do on my wedding day. I'm not educated on alterations but i feel like the pins shouldn't have been a problem. safe to say i will NOT be coming back.

She does require you to pay $3 for the armpit inserts for sanitary purpose - but she takes it off your balance if you purchase a dress. The owner is so pleasant and even when there are several people shopping - she knows how to cater to everyone. There are thousands of dresses in this store all different sizes and sorted by color, style and length. The best part about the place is the dresses are priced extremely well. Prom is already a time of spending way more money than necessary. We were able to get the dress she wanted at the most reasonable price you can imagine. We have done several events over the past four years with some dresses and excess of $1000. This is not an establishment that is trying to get over on customers. I would recommend her to anyone. Sorry to see our dress journey end, but maybe I will find a reason to buy myself a dress next. Lol!
